This is great news. But since anybody can just go ahead and order NK from Amazon (for example) I just wanted to say, that people who take medications that slow blood clotting (Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet drugs) and medications for high blood pressure (Antihypertensive drugs) should be careful because those drugs interact with NK. Many people take daily aspirin, they probably shouldn’t take NK.

Also NK might increase the chance of bleeding during and after surgery and it might make blood pressure difficult to control during surgery so stop taking it at least two weeks before surgery.

I've been warning same but I'm just an old nurse ;) so glad a bonafide pharmacist in the house 🎯

don't like idea of folks just self medicating especially those taking other meds ..

We gotta tread carefully even with " natural" products and check interactions even with other natural meds .. many potentiate thinning or lower bp etc

You may be right. I gave my mom nattokinase and she had a habit of taking daily aspirin and 20 days later she was dead.

I just now found out she was also on blood thinners.

Sorry to hear.. but did she have a bleed? Maybe it wasn't related to this, but folks should be careful

No, she died suddenly of a heart attack caused by hypertension but I maintain the jab gave her myocarditis. She was dead 23 mos after the Pfizer.

Dr. Alexander, do you know if there are any side effects of Nattokinase or contraindications? I want to order some from the Wellness Connection, but I want to get this answer first. Since it acts as a blood thinner, are there any special precautions to take and how long should one continue use? I am unvaxxed, but my husband, who is in healthcare, took the first two Pfizer shots when they first rolled out. (Please, no judgement. This was before he had the information that he now has, and he was seeing many people die from Covid at his hospital. At the time, he believed that he was doing the right thing.) Within a couple of weeks after the second shot, his blood pressure and heart rate shot up almost to stroke level. It has been over two years now, and it is better, but he still deals with high blood pressure. He does take blood pressure meds, so I want to make sure it is okay for him to take the Nattokinase in conjunction.

NK does interact with antihypertensive drugs. Taking NK with medications for high blood pressure might cause the blood pressure to go too low.

Thank you! If that's the case, it makes me wonder if NK could be used to lower BP instead of antihypertensive drugs.

Expand full comment

It’s a two fold thing....NK dissolves scar tissue which could be the main reason certain individuals have high BP... (blood trying to pass through fibrin )it also prevents the fibrinogen mesh throwing a web around clots..which seems to be a knock on effect of spike protein... hence those horrible strands of fibrin that build up undetected because X-rays never pick up on them.... nor do blood tests if you rule out the d-dimer test.Serrapeptase is the safer version as it’s about 1/30th the strength of NK... lumbrokinase is the big daddy in strength/potency... 30 times stronger than NK.

There you go! Lose the harmacuiticles and treat things as God intended with nature. Another good supplement to lower blood pressure is Lumbrokinase. Check it out.

Yes but even with " natural" products folks got to be careful. Many are unregulated, many together potentiate same effect and you can bleed to death or get really low blood glucose n bp etcetc

Don't think natural remedies are totally safe either

I'm 74 and take BP lowering medications. I also take Warfarin to thin my blood after heart surgery a year ago as I'm still having some issues with afibrillation. Interestingly. I was already taking 4,000 FUs/day of natokinase for other heart issues. I tried doubling my natokinase and it made no difference in my INR. Stopped the Warfarin for a bit and my blood thickened, even on 8,000 FUs/day of natokinase. While not checking too diligently, I didn't notice any change in BP. So, anecdotally, natokinase doesn't have the same impact on blood thinning or BP as the pharma drugs do.

Has anyone given any thoughts about the “stinky rose” Garlic 🧄. I enjoy 3 raw organic closes daily, it really works! Yet for many the simplicity literally blinds them.

For those who can’t stand the taste there are Garlic oil caps out there that are very good, but not as good as the organic raw food. Think outside the box, you’ll be amazed at what nature provides.

I recognize the health benefits of garlic but have seen nothing concrete that indicates it eliminates spike proteins.

Hmmmm and how do you know your blood thickened? Just curious.

I have to take an INR test every 10-14 days.

Thank you for sharing your experience with it.

Anyone hypertensive should have a home BP monitor. You can check it yourself very easily and see if the nattokinase is lowering it too much.

Bonus! It dissolves plaque, fibroids and scar tissue. But only at a 8000 unit dose over time. Still, it's safe, cheap, and more effective than statin drugs.

So why not go straight to use lumbro and not need so much for same effect

Nattokinese actually works.

Everyone who took the shots should take it. Exceptions being anyone on drugs like metformin for diabetes (which also has an effect on the spike protein). We need more solid interaction data from medical pros such as yourself, Dr. Alexander. Keep up the great work!

I have been taking nattokinase for 10 years,

I have high blood pressure, I do take a low dose blood pressure medication.

I take 2 - 100mg capsules of Nattokinase daily.

You may want to look into Lumbrokinase for blood pressure. Just a thought.

Nobody said natural products were safer. Common sense, Know what’s in your supplements and where they come from. The body readily excepts plant based supplements with ease, not so much with the petrochemicals.

Smart people take the time to do the research. Just because it’s natural does not mean it cannot harm if misused.

I don’t want my supplements regulated, and neither should you. The fda is a sham and don’t know shit. All drugs/harmacuiticles are nothing more than harmful Petrochemicals that cure nothing. Any drug on the market today has been bought and paid for. There is no safety data, it’s whoever has the most bucks wins. The hell with the people and their well being. They don’t care, actually they never did.

Name one petrochemical drug that Cured anything. You can’t because there are none.

If misused or taken in large quantities anything can harm or kill you, even water!

Natto can help with the clotting symtoms, but it isn't going to stop the body from producing spike.
