In so many ways Dr Alexander you remind me of my father. A Patiot ,a Catholic, and a good Sailor. He was just a boy when he came here from Panama. You two are a like in so many ways.
my grand father's on dad side was from Lebanon and Syria, his parents, my great grand mother was 6 months or so pregnant with him when she left middle east with thousands to the new world in islands...headed to Jamaica I think...ship sunk 6 miles or so off Cuba, she put him down in Cuba, he lived for 40 years there, and then to Panama he moved at 40 to 45 then to the islands of Caribbean...on my mother's side my great great great great grand father was a plantation slave....blacker than the night's sky...I, with my fair skin am the product of all that and the slave colonial plantation owners raping the slave girls...we mulatos came about

The one about Iran?
Paul was assuming Iran acted with out povacation when it attacked Israel.
So I tried to enlighten him.
Before the Khomani, Iran had a Shaw. He was cruel and evil in ways that are unimaginable.
There is a book called "Revolution and Islam" that details the struggle of the Iranian People as they fought to be free of the Shaw.
Since the Shaw was deposed the USA,and Israel have bombed Iran countless times, becau6we are just a tool for Israeli expansion.
I sent Dr Paul a video of the victims in Palestine, but he gave me no response.
As much as I love this column, I still have to speak for the children that Israel murders every day.

I was in the Army when the Iman took control of Iran.
His Red Bregrade was all over Germany. They made things rather difficult for us.
In my case,like a good soldier,I simply did my job.
Later when I got out I looked at the Iranian problem from a scholastic point of view.
Their are no good guys in the whole region.
Just cooperative power structures screwing everyone.
Soldiers fight and die,on all sides.
And as a soldier, I knew that I could die if need be. I was lucky and on a missile base.
Civilians ,children should not have to die to make a handful of people rich.
But die they do.
It's likely we will have a nuclear war over this. This maybe the time of tribulations that St.John wrote of.
