My husband has a pilot's license and I believe he is required to undergo a physical yearly that is far more detailed than average in order to keep his license. If they take it away the burden of proof of being capable of the job is on the pilot (stated otherwise, s/he is guilty of incapacity until proven innocent by an aviation certified doctor. By "innocent til proven guilty" I meant that Biden for some reason has been deemed NOT impaired and the burden of proof has been shifted to society to prove that he is impaired.
