The so-called appeals court is biased and corrupt, so of course they acted with malice. No justice can come from a corrupt judicial system. Maybe Bannon will appeal to the SC.

And he will not be going to prison. A 4-month sentence is served in jail. Bad enough. But he won't be killed there, other inmates will have his back. It's the guards that cannot be trusted.

It can't go that far. We are living in a Communist country, if nothing is done.

John Roberts.....I don't want to say what I'm thinking.

Roberts' price for the decision Steve wants would be more than Steve could afford to pay. Roberts can get more money from the Dems for the decision they want.

That's what I'm talking about then. We don't have a court system. They are either bought or threatened.

You say, "Our law in the USA ..." I ask, WHAT LAW? The US is presently one of the most corrupt, LAWLESS countries in the world, almost at par with North Korea. We've been ALLOWED to get here.

I had predicted before the 2020 elections that that was going to be our fate should the Globalist Cabal take over the US. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS AND IS HAPPENING.

The tragic part is that it was preventable. All that was needed was for Donald Trump to declare war on the Globalist Cabal and its key players, and go all-out against them. I had messaged Trump several times that he HAD to stop them BEFORE we got there. Trump did NOTHING!!

Now we are reaping the consequences of that failure. Worst yet, the Globalist psychopaths have become very deeply entrenched. It may no longer be possible to oust them from their fortified positions.

I am of the firm belief that nothing short of a hot, bloody conflict can get us out of this situation. I mean, anyone who thinks that *elections*, or the House and Senate will provide the answer is delusional. So, what's left? Please, tell me, what else remains?

The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia is worse than the German court in the stack by Eugyppius at the link below:

An outrageous slap in the face to German citizens. A judiciary as corrupt as Dem and RINO judges in the U.S.

With the Trump v. Biden presidential debate scheduled for this coming week (Thurs. June 27), I'm impatiently awaiting the belated SCOTUS decision re Trump's immunity petition. It was expected last week. I'm seriously concerned SCOTUS is intentionally withholding it until after the debate.

Relatedly, AG Merrick Garland's legal arguments to keep hidden the recordings of the Biden Interview by Special Counsel Robert Hur in the Biden documents case are falling apart, as reported in the linked Blaze article.

https://www.theblaze.com/news/former-attorney-general-pulls-rug-from-under-doj-s-defense-for-keeping-biden-tapes-hidden

The American public deserves a decision in SCOTUS' Trump presidential immunity case AND a complete, unedited video recording of Biden's feeble performance in the Hur interview BEFORE next week's debate which is already stacked in favor of Biden with the CNN setting and 'inquisitors' hostile to Trump.

I hope Trump reminds Biden of what Biden said during the last debate about the New York Post story on Hunter's laptop being Russian disinformation and about the spies who lied and how they have been discredited. I hope that as soon as Biden calls him a convicted felon he brings up Hunter and guns and drugs. I hope he says that the prosecutor who Biden demanded be fired or he would withhold aid from Ukraine was not corrupt and talks about the "big guy" getting 10%. I hope he mentions Tara Reade and how Biden has refused access to documents that could corroborate her claims. That's in addition to talking about Biden's failures in foreign policy and on the economy and immigration.

I join you in hoping Trump has the opportunity to expose each and every one of these persistent lies from the Biden Democrat machine. The general public has heard these misrepresentations so many times from dishonest media that they implicitly believe them.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing to be lowering expectations of Biden's performance in the debate.

Trump expects Biden to be a 'worthy debater' after spending months attacking his mental fitness: "I don't want to underestimate him," Trump said on a podcast.

You raise an important point.

I read your linked ABC News opinion and watched the Smerconish commentary. I've been aware of these apparent contradictions about Biden. Your two sources summarize the issues well.

The Biden-besotted media's defensive arguments in Biden's favor are obviously disingenuous. Each of their examples purportedly exposing "cheapfake" news videos was instead additionally damning to Biden. A U.S. President wandering off from a group of world leaders in conversation to gravitate toward an irrelevant "shiny object" that caught his attention cannot be dismissed so easily, especially given his clearly "lost" reaction when Meloni approached to save him from public embarrassment.

That said, I DO agree with your concern and also appreciate Trump's handling of debate expectations. We've all seen how Biden can appear artificially coherent when reading a teleprompter while high on performance-enhancing drugs. His imitation of cognitive competence was so convincing that too many people failed to notice his horrifying policy statements in the SOTU address.

Biden won't have the benefit of a teleprompter during the debates but he will be very well rehearsed. And I'm suspicious of his electing to choose his position on the debate stage after winning the coin toss, conceding the last word to Trump in exchange. If there is a way, and I'm pretty sure there is, to put a transmitter in his ear or to employ some other variety of spycraft to prompt his live performance, I don't doubt it will be used.

Bottom line: I agree Trump is wise to raise expectations of Biden's performance even though, all things being equal in a fair debate, Biden in his natural state wouldn't stand a chance.

Unfortunately for Steve the SCOTUS is dominated by RINOS and Dems and the price for the decision he wants is likely to be higher than he has the means to pay for. To get that decision would not be cheap.

I watched Eric Holder laugh in the faces of Congressmen as they questioned him about the illegal Rosen-reporter subpoena. He first denied knowing anything about it...then a Congressman pointed out that Holder had SIGNED IT. That's when Holder smirked then laughed.

Holder illegally harassed Rosen AND his family members. Then he purjured himself before Congress. He walks free.

Paul - what do you think about the Supreme Court not yet releasing the most consequential decisions in recent history? They are making us wait until sometime next week now. This may bode well for Trump and the wrongfully convicted J6 defendants.

Here are cases yet to be released:

The Trump Immunity Decision.

The Fischer case on whether January 6th defendants were creatively over-charged under an irrelevant document-shredding law.

The DOJ’s challenge to an Idaho anti-abortion law limiting emergency abortions.

A case on whether banning bums from sleeping on San Francisco’s streets constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment,” absent sufficient free government housing.

A potentially historic decision pruning back the Chevron doctrine, limiting Executive Branch agency powers to interpret ambiguous laws without judicial oversight.

A challenge to Florida and Texas laws banning social media companies from censoring political opinions.

The “Twitter Files” case, on whether the federal government illegally coerced social media platforms to censor conservative viewpoints.

A case on whether the Sackler family can get personal legal releases in the Purdue Pharma opioid settlement.

A case on whether SEC financial crime charges deserve a jury trial in a courtroom, or serious convictions can be solely by agency action.

The Satanic Deep State has gotten away with suic*ding MANY whistleblowers & jailing & silencing anyone who is successful in opposing them & their evil NWO Agenda.

Look at all the evil things they have/are getting away with???

They are Above The Law!?

The only thing our Congress does is TALK?!

Our courts move so slow (on purpose) that by the time they get around to hearing an unconstitutional ruling the damage is already done.

Why would our Supreme Court deny to hear the massive amount of evidence we have about election fraud??? Shouldn’t protecting our LEGAL votes for who is SUPPOSED to be running our country be one of the Highest Priorities???

Meanwhile Biden & the Deep State have sold us out to the CCP & the DS has also purposefully weakened our military while fighting for other corrupt countries borders but not our own.

Now the CCP & Putin with many other countries are uniting against our corrupt government, is this all planned by the NWO Tyrants or are they just hoping for WW3 & massive world depopulation?

The Uniparty in charge in DC are not on the American Patriots side, they have all been bought or blackmailed by the DS owned Uniparty.

We are witnessing prophetic things take shape for the End Times prophecies to be fulfilled.

“Look up, for our Redemption draws near.”
