Two questions: why was he posing for this photo in the first place.

And why is there a US Navy ship named after "No Name", one of the worst TRAITORS ever to be in government. He colluded with our enemies, literally, and betrayed America.

The consensus is he was executed for treason. The story that he died from "cancer" was allowed to remain a cover story. Imagine, that POS actually could have been President. Disgusting.

Probably a cgi altered picture with the scope added in and someone put it in the picture backward and with the lens cap on! No way he could be firing it with the scope on backwards and the lens cap on!!! Just more evidence that everything you see anymore, especially when it pertains to the current regime, is fake and not real!!!

For all of you bent over a ship being named after Traitor McCain: What do you all really expect??? Our whole government is choke full of traitors and communist/Marxists infiltrators!!! Why would they not name a ship after him, he is a hero to them!!!

Nobody is that stupid. Probably an insider message that went out. Remember, NEVER believe the story is the story.

I think the photo says a lot about how our military lost its moral compass.

What a tool. Trying to look cool. But he's just a fool.

Probably someone trying to tell him he was doing it wrong. That they named a ship after no name is totally disgusting.

hmm, the hand on his shoulder looks weird, to big maybe? Which means that someone is watching/helping him do it wrong??

I spent a few years in the Navy. The one question that every shipmate has to ask themselves is, ''Would I feel comfortable going into battle with the skipper?'' I've found that the most likeable COs are not the ones with whom I'd want to go into battle. The best battle COs are usually not very likeable but extremely competent when it comes to fighting the ship. An astute attention to detail, discipline, fairness, and high standards on top of the Navy's core values (Honor Courage, and Commitment) are watermarks on a battle ready CO with keen attention on training, assertiveness, and an extreme focus on mission under duress are also needed.

I wouldn't want to judge this skipper, but, maybe a bit more attention to detail is needed... . Looks like a PR shot for their Facebook page. Check it, and see if there is a pattern of questionable things and you'll have the answer if this could be competency issue.

Oh yes, we're in big trouble all right, regardless of the validity of this photo.

America is even in bigger trouble. They forced the US army to take jabs. Those who resisted were also jabbed, in this way, see the video. https://twitter.com/i/status/1777779850578702546 American army is a joke. It is rotting from the head.

If not fake someone really made their superior rank look quite foolish! Evidently it’s all part of the show?
