And a master gardener. 25hr/wk, five days a week, schedule changing every week, $10/hr. I was the first employee at that site to be employee of the month the first month I was there. After six months they wanted to move me to lumber for the winter. No pay increase, no more hours, no chance of either any time soon.
A manager there told me when he started at HD in 1994 he started at $12 and was at $14.50 after a year.
Bernie Marcus can suck it. Treat people with dignity and they will be respectful. Treat them like they don't matter and they are going to not give a damn.
William Hunter Duncan Home Depot is not good enough to employ you. With your skills you could make a lot more money. get more creative about your job search.
