Gun manufacturers can be sued. If they make a product that operates in a way that is outside of its design, like if they misfire, blow up, etc, absolutely, they can be sued. You don't hear about it because 1) they make amazingly reliable, safe firearms, and 2) when they hear of these malfunctions, they are very proactive and do voluntary recalls to get the products back, so they can fix them.

Why uncle shotgun joe wants the PLCAA (Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act) destroyed is because that law prohibits these frivolous lawsuits that are simply designed to bleed small companies dry by keeping them in court for years, because their PRODUCT happened to be used ILLEGALLY by a CRIMINAL. No other industry allows that, either. If a criminal uses a Ford to run over people, do the people sue Ford? No, they sue the criminal. Are they even allowed to sue Ford? No, not really... the case would have zero merit. Ford sold the product lawfully, for lawful purposes. Same as gun manufacturers do.

However, you're absolutely right, even though big pharma manufactured faulty experimental gene therapy shots that are injuring millions of people, and don't work for their stated (stated...) intended purpose, THEY are protected by the government, no matter what, and, I'd argue, that their products are causing more problems than guns (the guns themselves) are.

And there was fraud. We all know it. But the court system is part of the problem. So no help there.

Not just the OWS shots, they also have liability shield for all vaccines, as I understand it.

All vaccines in the school schedule are covered since 1986 with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) [5]. The act establishes a special court program for vaccine injury claims that caps damages and allows for the injured party to be compensated without having to prove that the maker committed any wrongdoing.

The Covid vaccine has a different court system,

The COVID-19 vaccine makers are indemnified by the government, and all injury claims are adjudicated by an obscure tribunal, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. Payouts are limited to unreimbursed medical expenses and up to $50,000 a year in lost wages.

While Big Pharma makes trillions, many injured from vaccines find the road to compensation , impossible to navigate & win.

It’s possible, but the odds are stacked against the vaccine-injured. Many give up & never receive reimbursement for a life that’s been damaged by this profit driven industry.

Watch the movie : “ Shots, from Eugenics to Pandemics”. And also oracle films, “ Safe & Effective: a second opinion.”

not just the warp-speed injections, but every single vaccine on the CDC childhood immunization schedule has liability protection... paid for by taxpayers instead of pHarmaCo.

The only real targets getting shot, are all of global humanity with inoculums, instead of lead!

Ummm....and that includes us law abiding long and short arms for protection owners, per say!

That's what lying liars do. They lie.

Can Pharma not be sued in the US for vaccine harm? In some other countries they can be and plaintiffs can win and theoretically could win big. However, the taxpayer picks up the tab for any damages awarded.
