It's possible she's the conduit from the puppeteers to influence Joe in general ways or to coach him in repeating a script. Although he has been invited many times, President Biden has not negotiated with President Putin about Ukraine. This has allowed an extremely dangerous situation to build up, and Mr. Biden is not competent to deal with it either preventatively as he should have done with Putin, or should a direct and open US-Russia war begin.
For the sake of the world Mr. Biden should be relieved of his duty now, using the constitutional measures already in place.

How can anyone his age not get a rapid onset after all that.
