He put all of them to shame Miki. He was the only one who did the right thing. While the likes of MTG voted for McCarthy, he did what Steve Bannon advised and stood up and nominated Trump to be Speaker.

Just to be clear...the FBI is not in the Judicial Branch. It's part of the Executive Branch as is all of the DOJ.
There doesn't appear to be any enforcement capability in the actual Judicial Branch, who seem more like aloof spectators to the ongoing anti-constitutional clown show.

To clarify, I was making a broad statement. All branches are either failing to hold to their Constitutional oath or responsibilities to the American people. Some individuals are trying, but effort is limited without the power to enforce. Awareness is raised, which is good, but then what?
Well, some of us have our state governments to help keep the predators at bay. The Judicial Branch really needs an enforcement mechanism to be an effective and timely check on such overt radical anti-constitutional abuses by the other two branches. The DOJ should be pared down to be a strictly advisory function with enforcement left to the states or localities. Or disband it altogether.
Seems even the Supreme Court failed to even consider cases from mandated University students. All branches have their issues, but I agree with you, make progress where able to.

I do not have the contents of H.Biden's laptop but we knew before the scandal that he was out and about promising Influence Peddling for money, to Burisma in Ukraine, to various companies in China.
This is as obvious a crime as his documented drug possession, but he's avoided prosecution, so far.
Now when republicans put on their hysteria hats and claim that this means China owns the Biden administration, well that's just silly. The biden administration (just a clown crime family in the oval office) is dutifully engaging in provocations against nuclear-armed china. They are not working for them.

With respect to Hunter's bribe taking from Chinese CEOs, we know no significant US policy effects.
With respect to Barisma and the crime cabal in Ukraine, the significant policy effects are very clear.
That is an active war between the USA and Russia.
