I think Luigi Mangione felt the same way. I'm not excusing what he did but I definitely think he felt the same way. Apparently the McDonalds that he was eating at when he got snitched on has been flooded with negative reviews by people who consider him a folk hero. Do you think any jury will convict him? How are they going to get a unanimous verdict? Why do you think he took his mask off when asked to do so at the hostel he was at in order to match his face to his photo ID? That was dumb. Apart from in that instance he was so careful to keep his face covered.

Mangione is no hero. Daniel Penny IS a hero. Mangione was a socially mal-adjusted man, who had no moral upbringing, only a privileged education at universities where he received indoctrination in anti-capitalism and marxism. The correct word would be "kill", not "murder". In the Bible, they mean two different things. That's why the 6th Commandment says "Do Not Murder", not "do not kill".

You can "murder" someone just by destroying them psychologically, destroying their reputation, etc. But you can "kill" someone by taking away their life. God shows in the Bible that some people are just too evil to remain on this earth, such as the Amalekites. He instructed the Israelites to kill ALL of the Amalekites, but they didn't do so, and because of that, they've been suffering from the actions of the Amalekites ever since.

Unfortunately Trump will have to sue to have SCOTUS review Biden pardons... and there will be a lot of blanket pardons for essentially all those involved in all things that represent Deep State Federal crimes.

He needs to put on notice those who are and will receive blanket pardon of his plans. Read Federalist 76 paper about POTUS Pardons. SCOTUS will need to rule on this otherwise any future administration could commit countless crimes either directly or indirectly against We the People and at literally the 11th hour, pardon everyone involved.

I'm not a Constitutional Lawyer by any means, but I do not believe the discussions of POTUS Pardon powers within the Federalist papers indicate such absolute King-like pardon powers

To the People of the State of New York:

THE President of the United States is to be "commander-in-chief of the army and navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several States WHEN CALLED INTO THE ACTUAL SERVICE of the United States." The propriety of this provision is so evident in itself, and it is, at the same time, so consonant to the precedents of the State constitutions in general, that little need be said to explain or enforce it. Even those of them which have, in other respects, coupled the chief magistrate with a council, have for the most part concentrated the military authority in him alone. Of all the cares or concerns of government, the direction of war most peculiarly demands those qualities which distinguish the exercise of power by a single hand. The direction of war implies the direction of the common strength; and the power of directing and employing the common strength, forms a usual and essential part in the definition of the executive authority.

"The President may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective officers." This I consider as a mere redundancy in the plan, as the right for which it provides would result of itself from the office.

He is also to be authorized to grant "reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, EXCEPT IN CASES OF IMPEACHMENT." Humanity and good policy conspire to dictate, that the benign prerogative of pardoning should be as little as possible fettered or embarrassed. The criminal code of every country partakes so much of necessary severity, that without an easy access to exceptions in favor of unfortunate guilt, justice would wear a countenance too sanguinary and cruel. As the sense of responsibility is always strongest, in proportion as it is undivided, it may be inferred that a single man would be most ready to attend to the force of those motives which might plead for a mitigation of the rigor of the law, and least apt to yield to considerations which were calculated to shelter a fit object of its vengeance. The reflection that the fate of a fellow-creature depended on his sole fiat, would naturally inspire scrupulousness and caution; the dread of being accused of weakness or connivance, would beget equal circumspection, though of a different kind. On the other hand, as men generally derive confidence from their numbers, they might often encourage each other in an act of obduracy, and might be less sensible to the apprehension of suspicion or censure for an injudicious or affected clemency. On these accounts, one man appears to be a more eligible dispenser of the mercy of government, than a body of men.

Michael, Israel needs to be on the continent of North America, occupying part of what is currently the USA? The Jewish people need a homeland. Part of the reason for the problems it faces today is its current location, surrounded by enemies. There have long been proposals for alternative, or additional, Jewish homelands to Israel. One such proposed location is the United States of America.

The Jewish people have a deep historical connection to North America and to the land currently occupied by the people of the US. The USA belongs to the Jewish people. Apart from First Nations people, nobody has a greater claim to the USA, historically, than the Jewish people.

Israel needs to be relocated to land on what is currently the USA. The UN should commence plans to enable this massive undertaking. All Jewish people who wish to remain in what is currently Israel should be permitted to do so, as part of a muti-ethnic state where all have equal voting rights.

A much larger area of land than that on which Israel now stands in its present location should be carved off from what is currently the USA and should be given to the Jewish people to enable the creation of a Jewish ethnostate, which would comprise the fourth nation of North America alongside Canada, Mexico and the remaining rump of the USA.

This new Jewish home should ideally comprise both New York State and most of the remainder of the east coast of the US. Current non-Jewish residents of the east coast should be assisted to relocate, possibly into Canada as well as other areas of the US.

This would not only be right and just but would solve most of the problems that Israel and the Jewish people now face.

Clearly, after what happened in Europe, Israel can't be relocated to Europe. It would face aggression from neighbors there, just as it does in the middle east, where the neighbors are desperate to be rid of it. The solution therefore is to relocate Israel to land in the US where it would be loved and welcomed with open arms. Carve off part of the US and establish it as a separate, independent Jewish nation, with its own culture, currency, traditions, military etc. Perhaps name it Zion. The American people would be enriched by having it exist on part of where the US now is and have the benefits of having it there in the way that the Palestinians and its neighbors in the middle east have been enriched by having it where it is now but have not appreciated.

It's getting on a slippery slope when the Constitution - in this case the 14th Amendment - is disregarded. If the 14th Amendment can be tossed aside, why not the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, or other?

There are much better and Constitution-abiding ways to solve the illegal immigration disaster that exists in our country - a disaster that MUST be solved. Trump must try to do better than trashing our Constitution or part thereof, as such actions could set a dangerous precedent.

This is one place where I disagree with you Jorge. The 14th Amendment does NOT grand citizenship to children born to parents who are in this country ILLEGALLY.

This is what it actually says:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Now this is what Senator Jacob Howard (Author of the 14th Amendment) said:

"This will NOT, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States."

"I hear you, but there is temporal logic error. A person cannot be a citizen first, and THEN be born. A person must be BORN first, and then be a citizen.

A straightforward reading of the 14th Amendment indicates that if the person is BORN in a US jurisdiction, and is therefore subject to that jurisdiction, THEN that person is a citizen.

I will, however, admit that I am no Constitutional scholar, nor am I a lawyer (heaven forbid!!). Thus, it certainly is possible that in the lingo of Legalese it is as you say.

REGARDLESS, why not seek a way that avoids any and all potential conflicts? That's the smartest route, rather than open up a possible giant can of legal worms."

14th Amendment isnt in risk of being tossed. Its in risk of being correctly interpreted by SCOTUS...

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

The key phrase is ... "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...". Meaning that you first must be a US citizen first...

Ilegal entry into the US does not make you a citizen... " subject to the jurisdiction thereof...".

there is a HUGE difference between:

1. "... and subject to the jurisdiction therefore "

and..

2. "..... and IS subject to the jurisdiction therefore. "

If we use your verbiage to include "is" then the amendment reads COMPLETELY different. #1 (actual verbiage) states that unless you are first a US citizen, your born child is NOT a US citizen and NOT "subject to the jurisdiction therefore".

#2 (your version with "is") states that any child born becomes a US citizen since the birth itself "IS subject to the jurisdiction therefore"

Unfortunately/fortunately when laws and amendments are created, each word and the sentence construction have HIGE legal interpretive implications.
