The American voters need to see the full video, without editing, BEFORE the scheduled debate with President Trump. If, as expected, Biden backs out of the debate, we still need to see the full unedited video before voting "season" begins.
That must have been the plan. If Biden had been given his animating drugs before his interview, Special Counsel Robert Hur may have had to refer the case against him for prosecution.
