Now that we have seen Biden's "performance" in the debate, we may have witnessed what Special Counsel Robert Hur saw that made him decline to prosecute in the Biden classified documents case.
Biden should have been interviewed by Special Counsel Hur earlier in the day. I suspect Biden was in the throes of "sundowning" at the debate and the Hur interview.
