We haven't won a single war since our own war for independence and perhaps the Spanish American war yet we act as though we are superior to everyone else on the globe. The Russians lost at least 22 MILLION soldiers and civilians stopping Hitler and they are still counting the dead to this very day. So my question is with the case that was just passed didn’t he violate that and doesn’t this current ruling from Scotus negates Judge Marchan? What then does that due to that trial verdict?
