That means if the mom is GIVEN the vax , she should not breastfeed for the first 48 hours afterwards- not forever. Of course to err on the side of safety (since no research beyond that period has been conducted), one might decide to refrain from breastfeeding. I would; but I am not jabbed so it’s speculative on my part.

Interesting the authors say that " breastfeeding after COVID-19 mRNA vaccination is safe" even though they did not study if it is safe.
