Dr. Alexander you are assuming the CDC cares about its credibility. The WHO, CDC, NIH, FDA, HHS all need to be defunded. Not one of these agencies is constitutional. Due to the fact the people who gave limited powers to the federal government never gave them enumerated powers over health care or education. These were matter left to the states. Time we got back to basics. Most of the federal agencies we have today are unconstitutional and should be shut down. If our federal government operated under the 18 enumerated powers in the constitution we would have the type of government our founders created in the beginning. Small with limited powers. The money would push back to the states would more than cover the expense of health care and education in each US state. These Directors of these agencies are not elected. Therefore they hold no allegiance to the American people. They provide no value to society and they need to be shut down.
I am so sick of these people at the CDC. They have zero credibility. They are woefully inept as well as morally bankrupt. Why, why, why does any thinking person give a rats ass what these circus freaks have to say? www.prosecutenow.com
The trouble is that many are so deep in this psychosis and have been conditioned and gaslighted in the most criminal ways that it will require quite an effort to convince them that the measures they followed (and a lot are still following them religiously) were useless from da one. It would be shameful having to admit that the emperor was naked all along...

Makary and Prasad said months ago that the one study the CDC held up to "prove" the "effectiveness" of masks wouldn't have passed muster in a grade school science class. fire them all and throw in some jail time. these people destroyed your jobs, your communities, your economies, your children. they withheld safe effective medications and condemned your loved ones to lonely miserable deaths to prove their bogus point, to get their "vaccines" forced on you

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the CDC to do the right thing. The CDC has gone too far into the realm of criminality for much much too long to be able to suddenly turn it around...that is without a wholesale firing of almost all of its top echelon managers. The CDC is as crooked as a dog's hind leg and as such practices evil 24/7/365.25.
The CDC, like all of the 3 letter agencies was created to be captured, to do exactly what it is doing for the pharmaceutical companies in exchange for revolving door jobs and royalties from the vaccines they own and push. Redemption only works if the sinner has a soul to save. The CDC never had one, even though researchers like Dr. William Thompson tried their best to give it one.
