Dr. Alexander, what you reveal is concerning. I'm also suspicious of what the ingredients are. There was talk of putting mRNA into the flu shots, or combining Covid and Flu shots together. Are they still using Thymerosol as a preservative? If I remember correctly that has some highly toxic mercury. That was one of the possible links to autism, if I remember Dr. Tenpenny's work correctly.
Frankly I don't see how they can be trusted after what they did with the Covid shots. And the main ingredients are still made in China, where poor quality control is very common.
I have never taken a flu shot. I got the flu once, and treated it with natural remedies. The congestion took me a lot of time to clear up but I got through it.

My son has a month-old baby, my grandson. He doesn't listen to me. Should he listen to the pediatrician who's now caring for his son? In normal times, yes. But the pediatrician, endorsed by his insurer, and part of a large hospital-based network, is recommending immunizations. Me, I'm a lost cause. My son? He's making his own decisions even if I think he's wrong about his own health choices. And I'm all about parents making decisions for children. But my personal hell is him being blind to the risks to his son, my grandson.

I think we've learned now that vitamin D is crucial for immune health including resistance to flu and 200 other viruses/bacteria of similar impact with no vaccine for. And it's been shown that the flu shot does nothing basically, only appears to do so because of the "healthy patient effect". Atlantic magazine article "Does the Flu Shot Matter" 2009.
