It appears that the IgG4 class switch & tolerance is due to the mRNA platform & with repeated doses & principally more so via Moderna shots that generate detectable long-term IgG4 responses
Dr. Alexander.. may I suggest that you have a scientific sub stack for those interested in the complexity of the immune system and its intricacies that are beyond the comprehension of your non-medical reader.
excellent, this is a bit more complex but lots of these researchers write junk to make themselves look smart, the key in these 2 studies are that It appears that the IgG4 class switch & tolerance is due to the mRNA platform & with repeated doses & principally more so via Moderna shots that generate detectable long-term IgG4 responses; IgG4 dominance means tolerance and not a good thing if tolerance is to the spike
a particular class IgG4 is focused more with tolerance (non-inflammatory) and raises concerns if with repeat doses you are becoming tolerant. seems the studies show mRNA platforms and Moderna and multiple doses etc.
Are you able to point me to any studies that show vaccinated kids having significantly reduced IGG months after their first two injections? Experiencing constant sicknesses.
I feel that Dr. Alexander and Dr. James Lyons-Weiler do a fair job for the scientific "laymens" such as myself. There is also the IPAK course which time permitting I would like to give a shot at one day. The more we all read and follow we grow as readers and develop-and that's due to the great work of men such as Dr. Alexander and others teaching and sharing with the masses.
I would ask that you Not sequester your audience, Dr Alexander.
1) many readers already subscribe to multiple 'stacks. You run the risk of losing the eyes of those with limited time. This is the minor consideration...
2) you stratify your audience unnecessarily. I don't have philanges enough to count the number of "laymen" who've thanked their authors for laying out information that they needed to aquire new insights to comprehend. That they've understood a subject that was heretofore, "beyond them".
Don't hinder growth by segregation-enable the passion to learn.

Have you seen evidence that IgE goes up with IgG4 in MultiVaxers? FLCs?
