I've had my suspicions about Dr. Malone for some time. He and his wife were in too deep with the evil.

I unsubscribed from his substack several weeks ago, before news of this lawsuit came out.

To me, it totally disqualifies him being an expert we look up to.

Malone invented mRNA to cure cancer. He’s been over this a thousand times.

And for that reason he should sue two people who appear to me to be innocent?

Breggins accused Malone of being controlled op, deep state etc. Very unprofessional unless he brings evidence. I guess we’ll see if he can produce it in court.

Correct. They also mischaracterized what Desmet was saying about mass formation as well. I have my issues with Malone and his connections to DTRA in particular but what the Breggins did was a self own.

That is not correct as Dr. Breggin’s point was not to accuse anyone of anything. As a psychiatrist, he did not see mass psychosis as a diagnosis of what was occurring on a world wide basis. He stated an opinion and now Malone wants to scapegoat him.

JWM_IN_VA's avatar

Wrong, Desmet clarified the psychosis word and told Malone specifically not to use it.

It seemed to me thwt Breggin doesn't understand the reach of social media either and its effects on individuals or how the tyrants can leverage it.

Breggin was accusing them of scapegoating individuals and ignoring the tyrants in leadership. That is not accurate or at least not in the interviews I watched with Desmet.

My issue is no matter who said what was it so egregious to sue them for an outrageous about of $25 mill. The court fees alone could break them financially. And for what? Why the need for a lawsuit? A bit extreme for opposing a view. Why not ask for a personal interview to discuss. All this does is hurt everything free thinkers stand for. This okay right in the hands of opposition. I doubt anything they said had a financial impact on Malone. For me I am no longer a fan of Malone and will no longer follow him.

There are definitely two sides to this story. I read every one of Malone’s Substack articles and I find them quite compelling. He has written extensively on the events leading up to the lawsuit and I find his version of events more believable than Breggin’s.

Well, maybe that's what a court would find as well. All I know is this is damaging to many things. I wouldn't engage in a lawsuit under almost any circumstances. The lawyers win those things.

Have you read any of the books by Dr. Breggin? Then I guess you have a rather biased view you gained from a few Substack notes.

You guess incorrectly as it turns out.

The Breggins attacked Malone, now Malone counter attack Breggin. Truth is we will all lose, we must stay United. Dr. Alexander please use your powers to call for a truce and unity meeting between the parties. Everyone erred and we need to move forward United. There is no alternative. The faucis and the powers that be need us to fight amongst each other. Let us not play into their hands. Breggin and Malone both erred here.

If anything, Malone overstepped his credentials by inferring that a mass psychosis had occurred. Malone Is a biochemist/physician and Breggin is a Psychiatrist, so his speciality in mental illnesses allows him to make that judgement.

Malone attacks Stew Peters, Dr. McCullough, and now the Breggin’s? Very disappointing. And damaging to our cause.

This makes no sense and has no basis. They never attacked Dr Malone and this splits the Resistance Movement for no reason. what did the Breggin's do to Dr Malone? I saw their webpage and videos in April or May 2020 and Dr Malone wasn't mentioned at all.

Peter Breggin appears to have been an early supporter of the use of woke cancel culture to Censor or suppress research that he disapproved of ideologically. It appears that he was largely responsible for getting the 1990s Violence Initiative cancelled. It was initially proposed as a large-scale program of research into inner-city violence, with the intent of identifying children and youth believed to be predisposed genetically or biologically toward violence (e.g., XYY males). It was envisaged that future research possibilities might include interventions and targeted treatments in order to divert these youth from possible future violence. Rather than wanting to see data collected and analysed, critics such as Breggin denounced the proposal as racist and called for it to be cancelled. Supporters of the proposal countered that the proposal had been a legitimate research topic, and had become a victim of "political correctness."

this is a damned shame and Malone should have known better.

or is his ego too invested in seeking revenge for some probably imagined slight by Peter Breggin whose work against psychiatric quackery I have admired since long before covid??

It won’t change my mind about a single thing. They both have interesting takes on things. That’s why Breggins was such an idiot to start attacking people and refusing to have open dialogue. DeSmet wanted to talk, but Breggins ignored him. Not cool.

But there’s a genocide going on! I was worried a year ago when even I knew that repeated use of non sterilising, (of negative efficacy) vaccines can never stop disease but in fact cause disease enhancement, antibody dependent enhancement

and drive viral immune escape variants. Also the vaccine spike protein entering the nucleus of the cells and down regulates the immune system and DNA repair. I appreciated that there was censorship, however, couldn’t quite understand why there wasn’t a much bigger fuss about this life and death matter as a matter of emergency.

I’m sure I don’t know the full story of Mr M. Is he under threat? Is someone else really doing the bidding? Is he being destructive? Aren’t we about freedom of speech? Why such a big deal when it’s easier to ignore it? Has he flipped? After all why are we here and what are we doing! Wasn’t this supposed to be about Free and Open Scientific Debate about an urgent matter? Let’s cut the bull shit and keep to the point. We carry on regardless.

I had similar thoughts. I am not putting myself in one camp or another but both the amount and apparent basis for the suit stink. It is hypocritical to cry about suppression of opinion and scientific debate, free speech, and cancel culture but then drop a $25M lawsuit (akin to a Pharma payout) of what? Another person’s wrong think hurting your feelings? I will see how it plays out but it smells petty and narcissistic to me.

There’s a HUGE difference between voicing a critique and commentary and filing an $25M lawsuit. Not equivalent at all. This is an overboard escalation. and it is one-sided. Full stop.
