I have two close friends who have had Lyme on several occasions. I was hospitalized with Lyme for two months in intensive care with a midline as well as an external pacemaker.
Eventually my heart recovered thank God and I was released. Although I continued two more months of erythromycin daily.
I haven’t been able to find any studies indicating either way with regard to Covid.
It seems odd that three of us, have all been around people with Covid. None of us have gotten sick or had any symptoms of Covid whatsoever.
If you know or have heard of any studies which confirm or deny Covid infection, please let me know if you could?

I didn't notice any studies on the relationship between Lyme and risk of contracting covid. (Being blood group 0 negative seems to reduce the risk, in general and not specifically for Lyme patients). However, I did find an interesting article published in 2020 in the Journal of Medical Virology. I've linked to it below. It noted:
"One unexpected benefit is that none of our active [Lyme] patients on antibacterial treatments has come down with severe COVID‐19 disease. None."
