He deserves a lot more than a pardon.

I wish I'd have had a strong daddy like that. Instead I was raised by a single mother who blamed me for being raped when I was a 17 year old virgin by an in-law of my best friend.

Good Dads like this need more praise and recognition.

I’m so sorry and sad to hear your story, another story about a rape by a family member & and a parent who didn’t do their job and protect you. Instead placed blame. God teaches us to forgive. But you never forget. I believe God has a way of punishing those who are cruel to their own flesh and blood. Stay strong!

Thank you, Chelie. I used to be so ashamed to admit I was raped. I wanted to stay a virgin until I married. Sadly, he went on to rape my best friend a year later.

My little sister was later gang raped by a bunch of College frat boys at a 'keg party'. She only told me, not my mother because she already saw how my mother had treated me about being raped.

To me it's just proof that children need fathers just as much as they need mothers. I wholeheartedly believe that if I'd had a strong father figure in my life, I'd have been way more protected. But, we learn and we move on and hope springs eternal.

That’s horrible. Too many times we here victims stories of rapes that they had to endure humiliation by family members or threats that prevented them from reporting this crime & the rapist went on to assault others. It makes on wonder how many others were raped by such a person. It’s people like you telling your story that can become great advocates for others in your shoes working to overcome the trauma of rape. Presets for continued recovery.

Mao very successfully used the evil Communist "Struggle Session" technique to force people under duress (loss of life, your own and your family's) to espouse clearly false and moronic statements. Once broken in such fashion, the CCP would then be able to insert ANY nonsense needed to advance their war on reason.

Nothing new under the sun, or in the once happy and rational West. Matter of fact, Mao was trained by jewish communists, like Israel Epstein and Salomon Adler back in the 1930's. https://imgur.com/a/IsVYd6n

Isn't it unbelievable that we feel the need to celebrate when something sane actually occurs. Testament to how far gone we are.

WTF is wrong with the police. Instead of arresting this father they should have assured him that they would personally investigate the rape of his daughter. This school board, all of them, should be charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy after the fact and if convicted these callous turds should serve time as atonement. Lots of time.

This was happening years ago when the bathrooms were first changed in certain schools........in what i read years ago illegal Hispanic males (it happened to be illegal Hispanics but it could be any mentally ill person), pretending to be female raped girls bathrooms under the guise of being female .......This was years ago.........Pardon is not enough....it should have never happened.....why is not everyone absolutely everyone outraged ..... everyone should be.....why are there bathrooms where mentally ill transgenders (and not all are mentally ill if they decide later in life) can commit heinous crimes?.........this was foreseeable.......these bathrooms are an opening for any male to pretend they are trans and then rape the vulnerable.....this must be banned......how does an outraged parent even get blamed......i am sick.....

I agree with all you wrote except I wholeheartedly believe that ANYONE of ANY AGE who thinks they were "misgendered" as a baby is indeed mentally ill.

Actually I find I can’t really disagree with you….the only factor that bothers me is that in making vaccines they use fetal tissue of both genders…..some vaccines are more affective with XX and some with XY …..kids are being injected with the wrong DNA…..how does that affect the brain…..and i believe it is all part of the plan…..

it should never have come to this. the father shouldn't have been arrested, charged, tried and convicted. the rapist BOY should not have been allowed in the GIRL's bathroom, no matter how HE was dressed or what HE was PRETENDING to be. the entire school board who covered this up should be sacked and punished. hopefully the rapist BOY will do some jail time in a skirt. paybacks are hell.

the frightening thing is, if Virginia had a democratic governor, there would be no pardon. i'm still trying to figure out how they found a jury who would convict him!!

Good for Governor Younkin!!!

The school board's cover-up resulted in a second rape by the "trans" boy in a skirt who raped this man's daughter. The school board could have prevented that by having the "trans" boy arrested.

Gov. Youngkin did the right thing by pardoning the father for doing what any decent father should do.

It was the school board and the "trans" boy who committed crimes.

Thank you Governor Younkin for pardoning this Dad who did nothing wrong by standing up for his daughter. Please give this dad an award for his wisdom & courage. He not only stood up for his daughter but for every kid who is harmed by others and the school board protected the perpetrator and not the victim. The school board & the judicial system needs to be taught a lesson.

This story is confusing. When situations are not dealt with correctly from the start, it snow balls. Social media fills in gaps with falsehoods. Here is what I understand…I looked into this story immediately as I am an educator. 1) During my administrator’s training we were placed in different schools. There was a slim chance that sex would happen in “my” school with constant surveillance. Of course, there is more to being a principal than walking around being a “police officer”. Our school board provided training on “red spots” or “hot spots” in the school. This way all teachers could contribute to the “well being” of the school. Communication was essential. During my training I remember how the guidance counsellor would approach the principal to fill her in with “ updates” on certain students.Success depends on how you operate your school. So I was saddened to learn of this story. When I searched for info : a) The girl had a relationship with the boy. He wasn’t lurking around the girls bathroom. It is hard to know details of the relationship but their relationship did include boy/ girl conversation. The info I retrieved said that they had consensual sex earlier on ( in the morning) then the boy arranged to meet the girl “same place” in the afternoon. b) They met in the bathroom in the afternoon but the girl did not want to have sex. So now the sex becomes rape and she goes home and tells her dad. c) No is no. The mother of the boy says she is aware that her son sometimes dresses with a skirt. I don’t think she understood why he did that. She also said that he was a teenage boy with raging sex hormones and an appetite for sex. ie…the boy did not understand no means no. He just understands that he got what he wanted earlier on.

So at this point there is no intervention, no counselling. The boy is transferred to a different school “ hush, hush”. I know nothing of the second school rape incident. The father/daughter relationship is a supportive relationship. The father goes to a school board meeting. Of course he is upset. Fromm the very beginning of my teaching career it was understood that the school children are put in my CARE. That is primordial and not the curriculum. A Phys. Ed. teacher knows this best always having to be careful to prevent accidents.

In my opinion, both the students and the parents were let down by an inept school system. A school system that could not admit that sex actually was taking place in its schools.

I am replying to my own comment. I forgot to say that from what the boy’s mother said, I do not feel that this is a “trans” story…ie he did not identify as trans. Rather, he put on a skirt to sneak into the girl’s bathroom just like the pseudo trans guys that put on the trans identity to get into women’s prisons. Again…any of this did not need to happen.

"The Left" is a unified block of human garbage, and they have used us to subsidize their growth, either by paying their Orc Army to breed, or allowing the worst of humanity to pour in unimpeded across what we used to call "borders."

This is where I normally mention the group that funds all of this, via their control of our money supply. A group that revels in the destruction of all other groups, but most especially Christians, who "bitterly cling" to morality, and the 2 gendered nuclear family.

Rather than name the enemy here, I will just encourage my decent white readers, be they Christian or Pagan, to keep their gunpowder dry. We have lost the first 75 years of a very ancient grudge war. But, it is not even close to over.

Hail victory.
