Congress needs to deal with the captured status of the FDA by Big Pharma, but (of course) Congress is too busy serving their other master, the Military Industrial Complex by flirting with nuclear war in Ukraine. We truly live under the rule of an Idiocracy, with a few brave exceptions. What's it going to take to wake our captured agencies and the politicians overseeing this mess?

I think the dates being moved have to do with the WHO thinking they can just pass some treaty which appx. 30,000 people sent in comments against it and they said they passed it. I think they want to try and move the dates and they actually think they can then control the whole worlds health and force lockstep jabs on the whole populace and go over our own Constitution.

Thats what I think and IMO.... NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!

How do you know the FDA didn't receive this report? The approval letter requiring certain studies didn't state final reports would be released to the public. They're allegedly added to the investigational new drug application and biologics license application. They're used to determine if the labelling should be changed. If people want to see each when completed, someone probably has to submit an FOIA request.
