I think it starts with yearly budgets at the local town, school etc on up to the state and federal level. Our local school budget for example list last years budget and the amount of increase they want. It never shows a previous budget and what was spent or left over for accountability. Just how much more they need this year. In there is almost yearly a bus purchase which if approved must be financed over 5 yrs and increases the cost of that bus for interest so in turn we get state "aid" back. The banks doing the lending make out but local taxpayers pay more for the bus. Now if you have several a year in a large district, you could just budget to buy them outright and buy X amount when needed but that doesn't let the state and federal get their cut and control. You are seeing that now in more sinister ways on control of schools and what is taught. Don't get federal aid if you don't jump thru the right hoops.
Of course there are the books to be sold so the Obama's get their cuts of money laundering by getting paid advances to write at millions each time so they can buy Martha's Vineyard property. The math just isn't there for them to go from a senator to living large in 8 years on just salaries.

I agree with you 100% and its simple.... Does any country gives us Foreign Aid... First and last time I checked countries trade, not give.. If you want to help a country out, I can understand that. You give them favorable trade status, and you work something out beneficial to both countries, but GIVE does not help a person or a country, we should know that by now.. Currently they basically money launder money through these countries and it goes to the people who run the show by making sure this money is GIVEN through legislation in the first place... They always say in a plane emergency put your oxygen mask on first, before you can help your children... Same goes for GIVING money... Make sure you give to the taxpayers first, then we can talk about how to TRADE with other countries.. I am sure every country is not going to GIVe us anything when they need it for themselves.. SIMPLE..

For instance the missiles that go into the Iron Dome used to be made in country but now they are made in the USA by Rathyon. Every time the Palestinians barrage Israel with rockets, Israel has to replace the used ones. Israel buys all kinds of military equipment from the USA. It also upgrades much of the USA military equipment. Especially the optical parts. Israel also shares Intel with the USA. It also shares medical research with the USA. It also shares agricultural research with the USA. There is a lot to the Memorandum of Use (MOU), I’m sure it’s many hundred of pages. My point is that Israel is not just taking money from the USA. It’s a very equal two way street. There is no other country that has this kind of agreement with the USA.
