The simplified requirements, at least for ages 19 - 65 are MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Polio and Flu (during Flu season). The Polio requirement for adults is new and is crazy, do to a few cases. There is no upper limit. Age 85 and still require IPV, if can't provide a written record of at least 3 childhood polio shots.

They even left off the Varicella vaccine (for chicken pox) for which two are required. It costs me $1900 to purchase a 10 pack of Varicella.
HiB is for under age 5 as is pneumococcal congugate vaccine.
Menigococcal is for ages 11 through 18.
Hepatitis A is now required up until age 18.
Pneumonia vaccine (PCV-20 or Pneumovax-23) is required for age 65 and over.
MMR is not required for anyone born before 1957 because it is assumed they have natural immunity.
The details are much more complicated, especially for under age 18,
Then there are the # of each vaccine.
The link you provided should be removed as it is misleading and not accurate.
Unfortunately we get people who find that link and I have to explain that vaccines are age dependent, and should listen to the Civil Surgeon for specifics. Just 2 weeks an applicant tried to tell me that Varicella wasn't required because he found that same bad link you posted.
You just cherrypicked specific "nuances" as to portray the image that no insanity happens here, like MMR not required if you are born before 1957, meanwhile you leave out the big chunk of the vaccines that are generally required (except for specific waiver reasons). I dont refer here what happens in the practice.
Nothing gets more complicated, you see what they require, some notes are attached, but generally they are required, there are waivers etc. but why distract from the general recommendation and requirement of these vaccines?
"The link you provided should be removed as it is misleading and not accurate. "
So the people should be kept in the dark? I need 10 seconds to find the information I need, even though they dont tell you the laws right away, do you know the laws these vaccine requirements are based upon? I dont refer here to CDC or other guidelines or policies. I refer here to LAWS. If there are no concret laws then I assume Trump or any other figure of federal authority can easily change the CDC recommendations etc.
"Both the 10-foot and six-foot recommendations were unfounded, said Gottlieb, and show тАЬthe lack of rigorтАЭ in how the CDC made public health recommendations."
I'm not sure what your point is. Everything I wrote was accurate.
We are a Civil Surgeon.
We have 20 yrs of experience receiving correspondence from USCIS as to the specific requirements, especially for adults. The correspondence supersedes what might be available online.
The link you originally provided is outright insufficient for applicants to go by. Lots of bad information online. Applicants are told to follow the Civil Surgeon for requirements.
US requirements for under age 18 are fairly standard, Those for adults aren't.
I don't think anyone is interested in these details on this forum unless you personally want to apply to be a permanent resident.
Can file USCIS Form I-601 to get a waiver based on religious or moral grounds. However, last year it cost about $1000 for submit that form and no guarantee it would be accepted. USCIS has expensive fees to cover much of their expenses. Very inefficient of course, likely so many working from home (lol).
We had some Mennonites do this and probably went through. Said that their religion forbids vaccines.
Don't know how things would work under Trump, once they start with revisions.
If we check the waiver box, but applicant doesn't separately submit Form I-601 with payment, the assumption is that Medical exam would be rejected.
The main issue has always been the Covid Vaccine, which has now been eliminated.
Also, can do a blood test for MMR, Varicella and Hepatitis B.
If all 5 are positive for antibodies, that only leaves a Tdap and Polio, besides Flu, all of which are pretty mild. If have record of childhood polio series, don't need IPV. Can avoid Flu by waiting until April.
That is probably because you were already a Permanent Resident long ago. There is no requirement for vaccines or a blood test in going from PR to US Citizen.
I don't know what the requirements were before 2000.
I have been doing immigration medical exams since Jan 2003. More than 12,000.
Back in 2003-2007 Form I-693 was 2 pages but HIV blood test and a skin test for TB was mandated. Once Obama got elected the requirements and form length kept increases. It has stayed at 14 since about 2019. Now apparently USCIS employees have been working from home.
Great news that Covid was dropped. Was a total CDC scam all along.
"That is probably because you were already a Permanent Resident long ago."
In this case he would have received ANY vaccine I guess?
"Under the immigration laws of the United States, a noncitizen who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to that of a lawful permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases"
I guess with 12.000 immigration medical exams you checked some boxes here?
What did you do if the person didnt have the vaccines mentioned in the official links, just asking I am truly curious, you are an expert you must know.
"Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP)."
If you look into this on the same page
"CDC is responsible for publishing the Technical Instructions for Civil Surgeons. These documents and the HHS regulations set the requirements for the immigration medical examination and are binding on civil surgeons (See the CDC Vaccination Technical Instructions for Civil Surgeons and 42 C.F.R. Section 34.3). "
Even on this link with "CDC Vaccine Technical Instructions for Civil Surgeons" you will find your beloved Varicella vaccine.
" 2-dose series at age 12тАУ15 months, 4тАУ6 years

Dose 2 may be administered as early as 3 months after dose 1 (a dose inadvertently administered after at least 4 weeks may be counted as valid)
You wrote: "The link you provided should be removed as it is misleading and not accurate. "
Why is that? All information is right there. Its a TREASURE of useful information.
Regarding your additional inaccurate statement (I can play the same game?), maybe your statements should be removed here because they are "misinformation".
"Pneumonia vaccine (PCV-20 or Pneumovax-23) is required for age 65 and over."
Not previously received a dose of PCV13, PCV15, PCV20, or PCV21 or whose previous vaccination history is unknown: 1 dose PCV15 or 1 dose PCV20 or 1 dose PCV21.

The uploaded content from the CDC, USCIS, is mirroring and confirming some of your made statements.
If you assume that your statements were right and accurate, then SOME of the information uploaded online must also be right and accurate, so the statement ""And I told you there are no accurate official links." cant be true.

I just linked an official link to the USCIS homepage.
Also
"They even left off the Varicella vaccine (for chicken pox) for which two are required. It costs me $1900 to purchase a 10 pack of Varicella."
Seemingly you dont even look DEEPER than ONE link yourself, because it gets found rather easily.
There are many links embedded inside this one link, surely people can click on them, like https://www.cdc.gov/immigrant-refugee-health/hcp/civil-surgeons/vaccination.html and https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-42/chapter-I/subchapter-C/part-34/section-34.3.
It also states "Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP)."
If you go https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/imz-schedules/ and then https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/imz-schedules/adult-age.html you can see the insanity, also Varicella is mentioned.

I became US citizen 5 years ago. I had been an alien living and working here for 45 years. There was no requirement for any vaccines.

Do you have a mental problem?
Are you trying to suggest with your links that I said anything incorrect?
You get an A+ for knowing how to find links online.
Go call you local Civil Surgeon and ask them if you are really just curious.
And I told you there are no accurate official links.
Go bother your local Civil Surgeon:
https://www.uscis.gov/tools/find-a-civil-surgeon
The only full statement you said that was correct is that I am an expert on the subject.
So questioning things like mRNA and also traditional vaccines is now a mental problem?
Sharing official sources is? Good to know.

Which is incorrect. On https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements they didnt mention it in itself but ADDED the phrase
"Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP)."
