From what I can see, it's either criminal liability or global civil war. And I don't say that casually. One example is what they are currently doing in NZ. Ardern gets dumped, and yet not more than two days later, they bring in someone that looks to be even worse.
Here in the USA look at who they are thinking of replacing Fauci with. Mr. "Jab in every arm". All the while, arguing in court to maintain their ability to issue mandates.
