We were taught growing up to take pride in what was earned, not given. You do not respect if it is given you must earn it. This is what you see in the projects, places given to poor, the places are filthy, falling apart, because they did not earn. Everyone takes pride in things earned, new homes, cars, old or new, education. The right of ownership!

very important words here and helps in this debate.

Like everything else it touches, the government has made home ownership less and less desirable for the middle class. That wasn't always the case. Before 60 years ago home and property ownership in general was an excellent avenue for creating wealth. The government eliminated that for all but the mega-wealthy. Their goal is to take it *ALL* - and they're well on their way.

There is NO true home ownership in America.

Founding Fathers wanted We the People to have ALLODIAL PROPERTY TITLE which means no property taxes nor debts may be levied on your castle -- even paying a cent in property taxes means you do not own "your" home, but, rather, are leasing it from the county.

Only the state of Nevada since the mid 1990s issues in rare instances this kind of property title.

When will the slaves finally wake up?

Yes, all very true as regards home ownership. But the big news is the deafening silence from Harris, Biden and Blinken on the developments in the middle-east. Will Israel cross Erdogan's red line by going into Lebanon, or has that line already been crossed. Erdogan threatened a few days ago to invade Israel, stating that there is no reason Turkey cannot do this. How will his NATO country respond to Israel's assasination of Erdogan's HAMAS buddy in Iran? Will he stage a false flag and claim Israel attacked him then invoke Artice 5 of the NATO Charter? Netanyahu has said that Erdogan's end will be the same as Saddam's. Does he expect the US to sacrifice its troops to prop up his regime? It certainly sounds like it. Is Harris trying to not alienate the muslim vote in the swing states that Biden lost? Why have Harris, Biden and Blinken not warned Erdogan not to invade Israel? What are the implications for America's and NATO's proxy war against the Russian anti-Nazi resistance in Ukraine if Erdogan gets more pissed off with the US? Israel has called for NATO to expel Turkey but NATO has no mechanism to expel a member. Erdogan has 10-12 US nuclear missiles he can seize and has already condemned the US for complicity in Israel's alleged war crimes. How long will nuclear armed muslim Pakistan refrain from attacking Israel as things develop? What will be the BRICS response, noting that 2 of the leading BRICS nations are nuclear armed and also have close links to a nuclear armed North Korea. Interesting times. Once the nukes start hitting US cities then dreams of increased home ownership will be a thing of the past. Again, why are Harris, Biden and Blinken silent?

you raised key critical questions and the one in there that I have written about and has always been a dark horse and that is Pakistan...for it has always signaled an attack on a muslim nation could draw it into the fight...once Pakistan slings off nukes so will India...we are literally facing WW III...

I hate off topic posters but to answer your burning question, the triumvirate you mention are incompetent boobs residing in the large intestines of the deep state / military industrial complex that apparently get their jollies from Malthusian wet dreams.

nice post...we face many Malthusians now.

I think ANW is focusing on it but also we have so many inter twining issues and this middle eastern issue is now front and center...

Flexibility and adaptability come naturally to me so I have no trouble with off topic posts but have to wonder why you are so soft on the dangerous triumvirate who, in contrast to just a few weeks ago, appear to be on track to lock in a Dem victory in November. Merely incompetent boobs? C'mon man! An elderly man with a poor memory who, as Robert Hur insinuated, meant well and a couple of his subordinated who were too stupid to know any better? Mistakes were made? Like Fauci did? Yes they're incompetent (other than at getting elected/installed) but I suspect they're a bit more sinister than merely incompetent.

I also felt I was acting a bit tolerant towards them also but doesn't the Malthusian remark make up for it. They would like us dead to decrease the surplus population. They (the triumvirate and the deep state and govt Satanists) are killers and need to be dealt with severely.

yes...they want us dead

would the triumvirate be Obama, Harris, Biden?

Yes, home ownership is good, when tied to intact families, and good credit rating. Otherwise we just get the same bubble from the early 2000's when the Bushies and Dems pushed home ownership as the be-all solution. Vultures came in and helicoptered money all over the place, enticing people who never should have taken those loans to do so, causing housing prices to soar and bankruptcies to explode. Those pushing us to a CBDC society would love to get another collapse in place so their social credit scoring scheme can be fully implemented.

excellent excellent posting Sherlock...I think your point on intact families is key, especially fathers...at the least handling their responsibilities. as is a sense of faith...in something. yet there is something to be said about a stake in the game...and the math models are incredible for except for homeownership, no other variables predict a drop in crime...

Expand full comment

The reverse is also a possible explanation. Criminals by nature have no interest in the responsibilities and self-discipline required to choose a wife wisely and commit to her and their offspring, to earn a living at an actual JOB (not a welfare handout), and allocate a substantial portion of their earnings to mortgage payments, homeowners insurance, utility bills, maintenance and upkeep -- in addition to school tuition, health insurance and medical bills. Such expectations are labeled "white supremacy."

Instead, irresponsible individuals expect the government (that is: taxpayers) to foot the bill for their need to have "equity" with homeowners who have earned their property ownership.

The economic models to support this statement is irrefutable-once the interest on the debt reaches a certain point, recovery is moot- it’s virtually like a sinking ship listing to port or starboard-once the inclinometer reaches a certain known angle the ship is deemed lost-

Being a homeowner does not stop the criminal activity especially when organized crime/gangs comes to town and lives there and takes everything over. It doesn't matter if it is in rural areas or in the big city life. They target the young children can't even get to school without being shot or knife and sometimes beaten to death. If they can't survive a walk to school, the chances of going into that gang is very high for protection. They used to have children escorted to school by many adults at one time. Now it seems as if everyone for self. Community sometimes can be illusion sometimes it takes a senseless stray bullet to get people very upset and demand action of some sort and if a migrant goes free. Some communities have had enough and stood up to crime and won. This reminds me of our govt system of corruption. Legal system migrants can murder no jail time, people with a lot of money buy way out, politicians kick backs bribes nothing is seen or heard no jail time, average people get railroaded for crimes didn't commit and spend 40 years behind bars and a few cases they were found innocent yet still kept in jail even though a judge said to release immediately.

I see what you mean but where there is ownership, gangs do not set up shop, especially if the communities I mean have police presence cop cars etc. I dont mean 50% home ownership...I mean home ownership...and I mean working people...people paying mortgage...people putting Suzie through school...people engaged in their communities.

Yes, many home owners are fed up with the crime with no response from police even homicide takes them hours to show up. Their homes garages broken into vehicles broken into side swiped cars no response with local pd sheriff seems to do better job. People go to the city council and they keep doing whatever they want. Many are leaving my home city because of crime and not even being listen to. They engage and not much is being done, people fed up. The mayor is worse than demented, dumbar, and clint put together. The money that should have gone directly to the city siphoned off by gov neusm pelosi nephew and still can't run a balanced budget after all these years. The police presence a empty car sometimes at dough shop could get school police for under 18 yrs old, park ranger, highway patrol, nowhere to be found.
