I suspect that promoting something so obviously false as the idea that men can have periods is intended to be a distraction from things they don't want us to talk about.
Maybe one thing they don't want us talking about is the fact that the very wealthy pay only 15% tax (capital gains) on vast income, while people who actually work pay up to 37%.
Or maybe it's a distraction from Hunter's laptop, which proves that he and Joe Biden are criminals who take bribes from foreigners to alter US government policy.

(see instructions) Feel free to look through all of the 6 pages to see if you can find a definition. I couldn't. I knew about other since back in 2016 when I helped a gal who was getting back into the workforce explaining it to her, and it worked. Except they still withhold State, FUCA, and FICA taxes.
So now we'll go to the next form that the Employer is not required to show you. I still don't believe there's a definition for other, so let me know if you find one but it's irrelevant if you know, it's the info about wages that's important.
Now if you look on the top of page 2 L/H or left hand side you will find this statement in the 2nd paragraph but before the section TIN applied for
"you are required to provide the Form W-9 instructions to the payee only if he or she requests
them."
You will notice that is the title on the heading of this document. Think they may not want you to know this?
Now go to the bottom of page 2 L/H side and note these are "OTHERS" no definition, but under the title
"Payees Exempt From Backup Withholding"
"The following payees are exempt from backup withholding with
respect to the payments below, and should enter the
corresponding exempt payee code on Form W-9. You may rely on the payee’s claim of exemption unless you have actual knowledge that the exempt payee code and/or classification
selected are not valid, or if they are inconsistent with each other."

Many years ago here in Canada I happened to come across my boss's T4 slip.. Revenue Canada stated his income as $300,000. He paid taxes on this income, something like $7,000. I on the other hand was earning something like $30,000. I paid taxes on my income, $10,000.
I'm sure a situation like this pertains across The West and in the Third World it's probably far worse. The very wealthy don't pay anything like 15% tax, on income, capital gains, nor anything else.
