That was awesome, but let's get real. None of this is about Hunter. Joe said he wasn't going to pardon Hunter, apparently lied AGAIN. But, it's also possible Joe pardoned him to pardon himself...there's a distinct possibility Hunter made it clear he would have to out him if investigations were pursued & he had to testify. Problem is that may happen anyway - if it's not backed off of. As I see it you can't implode the DS without getting to the bottom of ALL the money laundering, etc. Ukraine began in 2014 and I'm surprised he didn't try to go back to 2010 or earlier because his antics started while he was still Senator. He's only somewhat safe from the last four years, due to immunity. Going to be interesting how this progresses ;)

yes, no doubt someone has to pardon Joe...is it POTUS Trump? is it Kamala? is it Joe himself? does the constitution allow that? it has not happened before and not yet tested in courts.

He can pardon himself, but there has to be a court criminal judgement to pardon himself from and that can't happen while he is still the pResident - now that the immunity clause was upheld by SCOTUS. Same goes for Kamala & Trump...they don't need to. That's why I brought up immunity, but I meant he thinks he is also pardoning himself from PRIOR crimes, since it will come out that he was completely complicit in Hunter's real crimes as his bagman - not what he was actually charged with (gun & taxes). See they used those charges to steer us away from the corruption, money laundering, etc., etc., that benefitted the Biden crime family.

To tell you the truth, I think that is why Congress didn't move faster on impeachment & they primarily focused on Hunter. They have enough information, but impeachment would only have removed him from office and that's ONLY IF he was convicted by the Senate, which most likely wouldn't have happened.

Biden can be formally charged in a court of law after he leaves office for all crimes prior to taking office and possibly some while in office if treason was involved...immunity does not apply to VP, 2017-2020 or treasonous crimes 2021-2024, so goes out the window then. The timeframe he gave for Hunter's pardon period was the give away, however "No one is above the law" ;). Comer said they will continue with the Hunter probe and he will be required to testify. In the meantime, there is more documentation that can be obtained as of January 20, 2025...no more stymy or 95% redactions.

It has been pointed out that a recipient of a full pardon can still be compelled to testify against others, including co-conspirators, and in doing so cannot take the 5th (Amendment) since nothing said can legally be held against him.

This tells me Joe will have to pre-emptively pardon the entire Biden Crime Family on his way out the White House door.

hhhhmmm, thanks for sharing that

Exactly, and the House intends on continuing it's investigation.

As far as pardoning the entire family, including himself, that "pre-emptively" admits guilt of other crimes not yet charged or heard in a court of law. I don't believe that would stand in a court of law considering their crimes were treasonous. I also don't think anyone that has been pardoned in the past had not already been convicted if not sentenced. Good Constitutional Attorney(s) should look into this now.

In order to completely drain the swamp, this all has to come out and be prosecuted or this type of corruption will continue.

Look, the US has a major drug problem despite the war on drugs. Where do you think all that demand for crack comes from? The DC Swamp without a doubt. That is why the war has failed tremendously.

Thank you, Dr. Paul. Strangely, Hunter didn't escape state child support for at least five years, plus penalties such as garnishment and loss of driver's license. He is not out of the woods until she reaches 26 years of education. It's a shame the Bites won't even acknowledge her existence. SimulationCommander does good work as you do; thanks for the recommendation.
