We now KNOW that the mRNA from the jab spreads throughout one's body and reprograms the infected cell to make spike proteins. We also know that cells are replicated and replaced according to their natural life span, some in a few days while for others it's month and years.

Does that mean that those cells will replace themselves copying the altered DNA instructions to make spike proteins for as long as each particular cell type lives, or is there some repair mechanism in the cell that will "fix" the cell when it is replaced?
