The elections are rigged. Republicans have ignored this issue. Many people still believe it's fair, but the voting machines are easily hackable, votes can be changed after casting, mail-in ballots are still problematic, illegal aliens can vote, and there is a lack of organization within the republican party.
The issue lies not in who casts the votes, but in who tallies the votes. If Trump emerges victorious, it won't be due to the will of the people, but because the powers that be have allowed it.
