I don't think he fell for it. I think he feels the technology is worth a shot of trying if people are willing to try it. I think he sees potential for its application in a number of ways even if it hasn't proven its worth. At this point, I see many people standing behind the shots even when they've been warmed of all of the adverse effects. Perhaps if it can be proven that people are harming others with these shots (on the road, in the air, at work) and not just themselves that we will see some accountability? Investigating fraud, filing charges if fraud is proven, and getting rid of liability protection is a start. With liability waived, there is no accountability. I don't feel these experimental shots should be offered to the general public. Too much risk involved in harming others by being becoming suddenly incapacitated.
