Such individuals would be informed they have one and only one means to escape such permanent incarceration and that would be to arrange travel back to their country of origin, or whatever country they may be able to gain access, with a once-only one way ticket paid for by the American people who I have no doubt would happily pay to observe the final disappearance of their illegitimate asses...... The substantial cost of such a program would pale into insignificance compared with the ever increasing cost of the widespread societal upheaval and destruction currently being inflicted on the country. The cost of such a 'deportation' program would gradually shrink to near zero, whereas the multifaceted costs to the country of the current unregulated 'invasion' will continue to balloon exponentially out of control.
