It's disgraceful that old videos of Kary Mullis were kept hidden during the convid plandemic, but not a surprise. I saw this one where he spoke about what a liar Fauci was years ago, and others where Mullis explained that PCR was never intended to be used diagnostically, and why.

Yes, the timing of his death was certainly suspicious. God rest him.

I think that is really unfair to Fauci, comparing him to Mengele. So unfair if I were Mengele’s family, I’d sue. (Mengele was a local bully compared to Fauci, who is more like the Mafia.)

We would be surprised at the numbers of scientists killed (the ones ready to expose the truth) - if we knew-. It's well hidden. We'll never know I guess the number of, the names and cause of death... but it would be amazing to make a compilation of who had information and died right before or after propaganda campains began.

My insurance dictated doctor in Florida was treating Lyme in the 2010’s. He was approached by men in trench coats as he was closing down one evening. I recently found another primary care doctor because this man had been traumatized and between that & too many booster shots, he just needs to retire. Who remembers Dr Bradstreet? His death helped others be bullied into compliance.

Oh my gosh Rosalind... yeah, and Lyme is a leaked bio-weapon - they're still trying to cover up the lab made bug's real origin... Have you noticed also how many doctors and nurses left for retirement during the plandemic?... Some had too much common sense and empathy, but perhaps some, like you point out, have been bullied into retiring...

I got Lyme in 2001 or 02. On the job and a bad booster. Had to apply for disability. I was in the prime of my life. Ironically I was working my best job ever as a teaching assistant in a mostly autistic kindergarten classroom.

I unexpectedly got married 4 years ago . My husband has sacrificed so much to have a mold free home and helps me afford the out of pocket expenses of the Ritchie Shoemaker protocol. I have better quality of life than I have in 20 years. A heavy metal detox with my integrative medicine doctor really helped me. I had parasites and heavy metals overload.Clear Renew by Metagenics. My detox pathways were broken and it’s been 7 years with this doctor. The protocol is a very slow process. Happy to be taking a peptide spray for helping me get the plaque out of my brain and strengthening my leaky gut brain barrier. Shedding has introduced a new challenge. I was on ivermectin weekly for a year, hoping it would help whatever shedding is.

A lot of Canadians are planning on leaving Canada. 100% if Trudeau steals another election. My first stop would be Mexico as I have a home there. People have said ‘aren’t you afraid of the cartels?’ I say ‘in Mexico the cartels don’t force you to take their drugs. In Canada the drug cartels do. In Mexico if you leave the cartels alone, they leave you alone. Not in Canada.’

I was just a clinical research assistant at that time HIV.

Yes, I knew Kary Mullis, PhD.

I am now a PhD clinical researcher and PhD clinician. 30-years.

I have designed many experiments and developed Tests and Measurements.

PCR is not a Test and Measurement. It never was developed as a Test and Measurement and never will be a Test and Measurement. A Test and Measurement has to have at its foundation clinical anchors: Validity assessment , Reliability assessment , Sensitivity assessment , and Specificity assessment. These Test and Measurement clinical anchors have to also include further analyses.

Kary Mullis, PhD spoke out many times about his PCR (1993 Nobel Prize) as PCR only magnifies ANY retrovirus that anyone has ever had been exposed to in their entire lifetime.

False. Mullis didn't design it. He tried something nobody expected would work, based on the theoretical chemistry at the time.

The process is:

1) Denaturation - heating the DNA so that the weaker bonds between the strands break and the double stranded becomes single-stranded. The experts in the field (some of whom I knew personally) never expected the single strands to remain unbroken at these temperatures (95°C or so).

2) Annealing - the primers bind to single strand. This also occurs during DNA replication (cell division) and repair.

3) Extension - Taq polymerase synthesizes new DNA strands by adding nucleotides to the primers.

Quantitative Real-Time PCR uses fluorescent probes to detect the amplification of target DNA sequences in real-time. The fluorescence signal is directly proportional to the amount of amplified DNA, allowing for accurate quantitation of the infectious agent.

So sick of idiots and shills...

This doesn't change the fact that PCR was misapplied during the plandemic, as part of the fear campaign.

Measuring wrong doesn't mean measuring is invalid.

Again, a Test and Measurement has to meet scientific evidence foundation standards of clinical research anchors of validity assessments, reliability assessments, sensitivity assessments, and specificity assessments. Within these research anchors are other criteria, for example, SEM and etc. Note: Before any of the above is even commenced the scientific construct must go through the same and entire process.

I am not sure why you derail, are tangential, and insulting. Such as calling people “idiots and shills”.

Clearly, experimental designs are not your expertise. Nor are you a PhD

PCR amplification can estimate viral load because your output scales deterministically with your input. What part of that is challenging to you?

Measurements require proper technique. In the case of the plandemic, improper primers and an absurd cycle count were mandated. In addition, unqualified test facilties were set-up, lacking controls and in many cases even minimally qualified personnel.

With a low percentage of the tested suffering an actual disease, even a small false positive rate could account for a significant over-stating of the problem. Mis-labeling anyone with a positive PCR as a 'case' was another layer of fraud.

If it is your assertion that qPCR *can not* be used as a tool to classify viral load, as part of a holistic diagnosis of disease, you'll need to provide us some evidence and reasoning to support your claim.

My objection is to: "Lord Kary didn't permit it!" Which is not a scientific argument; it's idolatry and a dirt-tier manipulation of the rubes.

It's a fact that the Drosten PCR protocol was fraudulent and sheperded through publication, then adopted by the WHO crime syndicate, as a broken benchmark to sell a fake pandemic.

That being said, let's stop the Kari Mullis idolatry (he was just a grad student who got a lucky break). PCR - PROPERLY DONE - is one of the best diagnostic tools we have for confirming that a PATIENT PRESENTING WITH SYMPTOMS has a SIGNIFICANT LOAD of the suspected pathogen.

By properly calibrating and running a PCR, the lab can confirm that the suspected pathogen is present in siginificant quantity.

Saying PCR is useless in the diagnostic process is misinformation. It is useless when misapplied. Just like any other measurement.
