I do believe in this. Whenever I’m indoors in close quarters with lots of people I use my XClear before and after. I have not had even a sniffle the past year since doing this.

Me too! I've been using XClear ( the regular- not the one with oregano oil or cayenne 😳) after exposure to big groups indoors or with sick family and haven't gotten sick either. I was taking care of two sick family members and protecting myself with XClear, gargling and supplements at the time. I felt tired and had a little sore throat for a few days but I never got sick.

It’s so simple. The spiky orb mostly enters through the nose. Attaches to the smooth linings. Aka: endothelial cells. If unchecked they bore into cell walls get inside your nice warm body and multiply wreaking havoc for a while until they fizzle out. You wanna stop this process? Wash out your nose. Rinse them buggers outta there. Simple enough?

I have been making my own povidone iodine solution for at least 2 years, ever since I first learned about it from Dr. McCullough and the FLCC. My husband and I have used it at the slightest sign of something....tiny bit of ears hurting when you swallow, throat that feels a bit raw suddenly....whatever it is, when we notice something we use the protocol as Dr. A describes above. Result: Whatever we felt coming on has virtually ALWAYS been gone by the next day. We have not been sick with ANYTHING since we adopted the povidone spray. It's ridiculously cheap....Povidone iodine is about $7 for 8 oz bottle (I had to buy online, couldn't find it locally), and I get empty glass spray bottles (just bought 6 of them for $9). The recipe is on the FLCC web site, easy to do. I believe you can now buy the spray ready made, but it's much cheaper to make your own. I know this works. I've experienced its success multiple times.

Hey, Doc, I'd include cutting you 10% povidone down to 1% for the nasal wash also. You'll regret it if you don't. Here's video from the FLCCC how to: https://covid19criticalcare.com/tools-and-guides/how-to-make-the-povidone-iodine-solution-from-the-i-care-protocol/

Personally, I much prefer the natural and safe solution such as Oregano using Oregano oil with saline water for a mouth/nasal rinse:

https://www.stuffthatworks.health/long-term-effects-of-covid-19/compare-treatments/oregano-oil-vs-povidone-iodine

Its also proven to be very low risk for resistant development: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6182053/

I have plenty of it in my garden so I also make Oregano tinctures and tea
