Awesome for burns/wounds also especially if used immediately! I carry silver spray in my purse and use it frequently. I’ve been amazed by how quickly minor scrapes, burns etc have healed when using it, seemingly almost immediately a few times!? Great stuff!

First, please tell your friend, Dr. McCollough, who I appreciate, don't get me wrong but if he's promoting alternative approaches to medicine such as nattokinase and Xlear (his last post on substack), then he MUST take off from his protocol that is seen in the graphic on his website the dangerous molnupiravir (that you posted about) and for that matter paxlovid too (do we know what's in paxlovid? what are the true ingredients? what are the true ingredients in all or most of the drugs people are taking?). More importantly, in Dr. McCollough, wrote in his last post about Xlear that molnupiravir is a failed product. He needs to stop promoting it on his website then. Please have him look at that. One can't have it both ways and be trusted.

Second, this isn't knew. For those who are into holistic approaches, we've known about systemic enzymes and how they help with fibrins. So, that tells me that alternative approaches can work for those who have been traditionally against them. Hmmm....

I started taking Nattokinase (Doctor's Best, 2,000 FUs) about 1-1/2 years ago. Never took the shot. But, when we were able to go back to doctors visits, my doctor tested my blood pressure and it was in the 140's. Put me on a medication to lower it. (Can't remember which one right now). I looked it up and didn't like the possible side effects of the medication. I had read that Natto can lower blood pressure. So, I started taking it. Measure my blood pressure a few times a week. The Natto brings my blood pressure down. Into the 130's and sometimes 120's.

Exactly. I was able to eliminate Eliquis and BP meds with Natto much to my doctors chagrin

Sorry John, I asked the same question twice. I thought you were a different poster. (I notice that McCullough's supplement dosage is twice that.) Thanks 👍🏻

Yea it wouldn`t hurt at all especially those that took the spike shot. For the jabbed in my world I don`t gloat or say I told you so I just try and help them

I have been taking 2000 FUs per day also. Works for me. Haven't noticed any negative side effects from it yet.

Awesome! I`ve been on Natto for a year even though i never took the clot shot. I`ve always been wary of jabbed shedders infecting me. Hope this helps the fearful, misled jabbed victims. All the other protocalls are very important as well

Hi John, I want to ask you, have you had any side effects from Natto? Im asking because I have friends who are jabbed and Im wondering if this could help them. I am not jabbed but if this supplement could help keep me safe from shedding. I do take all the other supplements every other day as Im 71 and Im not out in public allot, like working daily. Thanks.

Yea Hannah no side effects for me. I`m 73 and pure blooded. The jabbed in my world don`t shame or criticise me anymore they`re too busy dealing with their jab injuries

Hi Paul,

The good old elixir.

I used to take vitamins and assorted "alternative medication" for many years.

It all did nothing - diddly squat - except waste my money.

I used to read self-help books - a friend who went to Club Meditation (aka Club Fuck) recommended the self-help scripture "The Monk who sold his Ferrari" - about an highly successful US trial lawyer who collapsed on the court-room floor one morning while being engaged in full throttle hostile witness cross-examination; who then, after recovering in a first class hospital, packed it all up (because he had millions of banked USD) and headed off to India to join an ashram and find Karma Nirvana.

That too didn't work for me.

Then I started eating properly and exercising and reducing stress, and eliminating certain people from my life and changing the nature and client base of my law-firm; and ultimately getting involved with a better type of lady for me.

Those initial years of our relationship were no walk in the park either but, when the dust finally settled, we had built our own unique world of common interests outside of rampant fucking and wayward behaviour.

She taught me how to love myself and I taught her...well I'm not sure exactly...you'll have to ask her.

Fools gold and all the alternative remedies do not work.

There is no cure for cancer or HIV.

Depression is an underlying state of chronic misery that burns out all your adrenaline and leaves you for dead - unable to move. I had that too.

Don't mess with your solid work, Paul.

Don't peddle stuff.

Don't do anything else other than what you are qualified in and you know.

Which is this.

Be the authentic, Dr Paul Elias Alexander.

Your mother will approve and so will we.

Best to you always,

Barry

Your evidence is one anecdote, yourself. Every person on this earth is biochemically individual. It is irresponsible, if you are not a sophisticated pharma troll, to extrapolate from your case alone. Many many people have been profoundly helped by nutraceuticals and remedies and vitamins. Even snake oil, which has become the slang term for quackery over decades, was originally a Chinese medicine cure, and a now deceased Orthomolecular doctor in San Francisco did an analysis of the actual contents of snake oil. All of the ingredients are now known, as per randomized controlled studies, to be efficacious in the treatment of certain diseases. Pharma is after homeopathy, vitamins, ancient systems of medicine, and herbal cures and alternative treatments as their motto is: "a patient cured is a customer lost" If you are not a sophisticated pharma troll personage, check out the Burzinski documentary for how far pharma will go to wreck alternative treatment using all the arsenal of 5th generation warfare, including trolling substack and youtube. Personally, I'd rather consume some vile admixture from a Ghanian shaman than go freaking near a vax loving PCP, or the Bergen-Belson ERs here in Michigan, but, as used to be the way here in what was once the United States, each to his own.

Great comments Cynthia, of which I agree. Example, Homeopathy is a beautiful gentle healing and yet, allopathic medicine wants it gone. It was around before 'modern' medicine and to this day, helps so many people. Barry isn't a pharma troll but he has his own opinion and that is ok too. I will always turn to holistic medicine before allopathic - any day of the week. I grew up with parents who rarely went to a doctor or take us to one. My mom had all kinds of natural things for us if we got sick or injured. I have always been wary of pharma and invasive unnecessary tests/procedures.

Homeopathic is even more pathetic than naturopathic medicine!

This old nurse stands in middle.. we need both allo n naturo but I do agree if you follow naturopathic doc$, you will need a pill for everything under the sun, for a $teep price..

Get back to eating healthy cook from scratch, exercise reduce stress, avoid sugar n them bad oils and ya won't need much of allo or naturo..

Walk in a health food store and it's pill after pill u need to live long .. the constant pursuit of living forever in our temple aka a god for many .. so many of these drugs are not even third party checked.. many of those drugs interact with others.. many aren't good for kidneys or liver.. so many folk are self medicating by reading something here n there🚩🤌

Naturopathic medecine is a big bu$ine$$ too

Don't kid yourself

They ain't the good docs vs tge "bad allo ones..

Try it but don't hold yr breath

Many are placebo effect too

Witch doctors and new agers and many naturopathic docs dig from same dirty well..beware 🚩

Truth Wins, I must disagree with you on some of your broad statements above. Yes, some naturopaths push a lot of supplements. I find the younger naturopaths are more like allopathic prescribers. They want to test for a variety of things and then suggest various supplements - so that I can agree with. However, homeopathy is a gentle system of medicine and if you have not been treated successfully with it, then of course you may be doubtful of its help. I can attest to its positive effects. I also take supplements but I am not over the top. I agree eating healthy food, getting exercise, doing something to cut the stress (yoga, meditation, qigong, walking in nature, etc), laughing more and letting go of toxic relationships all lead to a better life. Our opinions stem from our experiences. Just as we can see the glass half empty, or half full - it is our perspective. Have a great day :)

I hear homeo is really quack, placebo unlike naturopathy more legit.. I too take supplements since Covid but won't overdo it,

I don't see flccc recommend homeopathy for Covid either..waking in nature does wonders I agree for body n mind..

Yoga and meditation( unless on the word of God) is 🚨and opening self up to the demonic realm.. what looks freeing now will bring bondage .. flee new age practices.. study their sources .. it's demonic..

Then, let's hear your remarkable anecdote, Cynthia.

I'm waiting.

PS I ain't no pharma troll.

Read everything I've commented on, on this Substack.

Assumption isn't very smart.

I believe in no medication.

Not mainstream, nor alternative.

It's all the same poison, peddled by dealers looking for cash.

Expand full comment

Barry I have to disagree with you on the statement that vitamins, self-help books don't work. Some of it absolutely works. Self-help books can help but we still need to do our work for any of it to work. As you say, eating better, exercising, letting toxic relationships go is all helpful. I look at body, mind, and spirit and from my perspective, if one is out of balance - it affects all areas. Here is my 2 cents lol. By the way, I read that book years ago too. I think it makes you stop and think. Some of Dan Millman's books are awesome (again my opinion, only). :)

I’ve been taking this a while...had two jabs. It seems to be emerging as among the best for detox of the vax and metals. The most mentioned I’ve seen is NAC with its immune building and anti- oxidant properties along with detoxifying liver and kidney. Nato is based on the Japanese diet and we know how long those people live.

if nattokinase is anti-coagulant, so is ginko. can ginko be substituted instead of natto?

Beware of all those.. mixing even fish oil or black seed, curcumin etc also thin blood.. ya don't wanna overdo it either and risk bleed.. but see this is what I don't like.. we are just popping pills and don't really know what they are doing or potentially interacting with.. let's be careful too

This is one of your best Substacks, Dr. Alexander. Kudos!

You cited NIH and the Nattokinese, which will go far with the skeptics. At this point, people didn't listen to us the first time and now they get another chance to try to remedy their hopefully not fatal error of taking the injections.

A friend of mine also suggests Marine Pine Bark Extract, with combined with Nattokinese should help clean out the spikes in a matter of six or so months in many people.

I alternate daily between Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase. Refused the ClotShot as I have a hereditary clotting disorder, and I knew it was a trap. Am divorced and live alone with just my one bird now.

Yet I’m still very concerned about transmission by those who took the vax. It’s a hard way to live.

Maybe my worry is pointless because what’s being done to our air, food and water seems impossible to overcome.

How are you making sense of the world? Life on the run with nowhere to go is beyond absurd.

Do you have factor V, can't recall if was you.. and curious how much you take of both?

Expand full comment

Yes, I have Factor V. I take 2000 FU of Jarrow Formulas’ Nattokinase one day, then 2000 FU of Dr. Mercola’s Lumbrokinase Enzymes the next day.

If I were to get Covid19, I’d up the dosage.

I also use NAC, Bromelain, Selenium, Vit E, Krill Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Turmeric, Berberine and the prescription Metformin as they’re all said to combat clots. (I don’t use Baby Asprin because my Vascular Doctor didn’t think it’s necessary. Based on my own research, I agree.)

Is it working? As far as I can tell, yes. But given the insidious nature of the Bioweapon that’s apparently transmitted to those of us who refused the jab, only God really knows for sure. I’m trying to find a Doctor who does Live Blood Analysis to find out, though.

Thanks Bridget! You're a fountain of info I glean from

, but does your vascular doc know you take all those anticoagulants?

I too have FVL but only taking fish oil and occ curcumin alternate days ..may start natto but alternate with lumbo as more potent, but when I do, I won't take fish oils or curcumin..

Aren't u afraid of potential bleed with all those?

Krill oil AND cod liver ! Wow you are well greased machine! so u know cod liver has vitamin E and you also supplement Vit E? Is that too much?

I wish we could be monitored with all these self medicating

Even natural products can have untoward effect, interactions with other meds we gotta be careful about

You got a doc to prescribe you metformin without being a diabetic? How did that happen:)

Might your blood sugar then drop?

I'm less brace than u!

Expand full comment

No, I don’t regularly see the Vascular Doc, so he wouldn’t know about my practice.

I’ve thought about what you pointed out about having too thin blood. That’s why I don’t use NAC, Bromelain, Selenium, Vit E or Turmerick daily, maybe a mix of them every two or three days. The daily Krill are tiny capsules and I use just 1 teaspoon of Cod Liver Oil after lunch. But I’m forced to do what I can in this improv situation because it’s life and death. I wouldn’t normally take on risk unnecessarily but here I am.

Metformin was for PCOS so that’s why I’m still able to get it. Imagine my surprise to learn it’s a potential lifesaver in the Covid era, per Walter M. Chestnut:
