Thanks to all my medical colleagues for recommending nattokinase last summer to help my friend who almost died from cytokine storm. Along with the other protocol remedies, it was the final agent that helped turn her around. The microcirculatory clotting likely was reversed by the nattokinase. She literally felt better after the first dose and made a full recovery. God Bless to all.

May I ask how much Natokinasse was your friend taking every day? When she was sick, it was because of covid? Thank you. My family also took natokinasse but in our case, it was the acupuncture that played the biggest role in our recovery from Covid. We also followed an agresiv protocol of vitamins, supliments and herbs, and mushrooms like Reishi and Cordyceps. I have no doubts that they all helped. But when you have a close to unbearable throat pain and a coughing that doesn't want to stop it will be the acupuncture that will do the magic. Nothing else. This has been my personal experience.

Well, a well known doctor is “frankly horrified” on Twitter that nattokinase is recommended for detoxing spike.

Yet, today he states that spike kills brain cells! Go figure…

Expand full comment

Frankly, I’m frustrated by those who are “horrified” but fail to seek a cure for the people who are suffering from the spike protein poisoning. I guess we are to sit on our hands and wait for the DoD and Pharma to come up with a cure.

But no virus has ever been isolated . They don't exist and therefore viral spike proteins don't exist. Whatever was degraded in vitro by nattokinase was not SARS-CoV -2 spike protein and also was not produced by the jabs.

Expand full comment

So what IYO is going on?

Expand full comment

The exact opposite of what many of the commenters will tell you. They're taking instructions from gremlins on a spaceship. The virus is real. The Spike is real. Natto degrades Spike in vitro. I don't know if it degrades it in vivo. But it's looking positive.

You just said there is no virus & whatever was degraded was not spike. Was that sarcasm?

Watch this brief movie from the substack of he whose name is taboo here - let's call him "Goldstein" - except when joining in the ritual Two Minutes of Hate. It will explain everything. Someone should tell that doctor that he has no clue what he's talking about. I would highly recommend him the book : "Thinking in Bets" by Annie Duke. I strongly believe that if every single human being would have read that book, Bill Gates and the rest of his friends would have had no chance with their " life saving" shots. Zero! 99% of the planet would have said to them: how about you take it first and your entire family as well all the kids? Since you don't have " skin in the game" you can't be trusted. Go get them first then let's see how safe and effective they are. If you read this book nobody will ever have a chance to ever fool you for the rest of your life. As grateful as I am to all the good doctors who risked everything, I am just as grateful to Annie Duke. She helped me figure out what the hell was going on. Because ever since the mass vaccination propaganda started one thing was clear to me: both sides can't be right: the trick was to figure out which one is which one. In January 2021 it wasn't all that clear yet. It was a painful process to find out what the truth is. But it was well worth it.

Crazy isn't it Alina? If there's one thing I've learnt from this stack and from other commenters it's that there never was a SARS-CoV-2.

Viral spike protein doesn't exist because viruses don't exist. No virus has ever been isolated.

And yet this fool, this deep state DTRA/DTC shill believes the research that says Spike kills brain cells?

I don't think so.

Have you seen the way he raises his eyebrows sometimes when he's asked a question?

WHy is Lumbrokinase being left out of equation when lumbrokinase is considered more potent than nattokinase?

Expand full comment

I use Lumbrokinase for that very reason. More desolving of fibrin capability.

Marcola (source) says 12x more.

Expand full comment

You are correct: lumbrokinase is considered more potent than Natokinasse.

I was thinking the exact same thing! I'm alternating between lumbro, natto and sera.. mercola does this..

But I wonder why everyone pushing natto and needing higher doses when could just take lumbro ?!

Expand full comment

Likely the cost of lumbro, and possibly the absence of data.

Dr. Alexander, I’m hoping that you see this. I’ve been reading about the many benefits of Nattokinase but I’m uncertain if I should take it. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic trying to get better control of my glucose levels. I’m working on intermittent fasting and a moderate low carb diet. I read that NK can reduce glucose levels, plus help with weight control. Otherwise I’m quite healthy. All of my other numbers are great. Would it be safe for me to take it?

Expand full comment

🚨Check with yr doc or dietician First

I think Dr Jesse Santiano substack who writes about natto has mentioned glucose monitoring for diabetics etc

Don't just take this first without reading that and speaking with doc or pharmacist etc

So many of these natural drugs can potentiate others or have untoward effect

Other natural products lower glucose and may require less insulin etc so beware and don't try without first discussing with medical professional

Also try walking right after you eat for 15- 20 min to help regulate sugar spike.. or just move as can

And eat veggies first , then protein and last carb..

I'm doing that too now

The glucose goddess Instagram is a biochemist and has great tips for anyone in general and diabetics too

We all should control our sugar spikes, insulin resistance is huge!

Good luck!

Haa

I don't like all this self medicating so many voices are

recommending .. so many diff views out there

I would think natto right now is best for micro clots but degrading spike? Mmm .. as dr sasha ? says we need to have real life clinical studies before recommending expensive natto to folk.. seems pub Md study was a hypothetical one and until further study done no point saying it degrades spike.. apparently more than one spike

Who knows!

But these " natural" products " can be 🚩too

Consumer beware!

Yes exactly! Advised to take it together with serrapeptase. Both ace two inhibitors

Is it possible that Nattokinase could help people who have suffered stroke or heart problems months or years post vaccination?? Or by that time are we to assume the spike is all gone and it's just a case of " the damage is done" and nothing can help???

As numerous commenters have pointed out, no viruses exist. There is no SARS-CoV-2 and therefore there is no SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein. The idea that the synthetic mRNA in the shots is causing our bodies to produe Spike protein is as ludicrous as the idea that the inactivated virus vaccines and attenuated vrirus vaccines actually contain a virus. No virus has ever been isolated. There are no viral spike proteins because there are no viruses to give rise to such spike proteins.

How can Nattokinase possibly have been shown in vitro to degrade a spike protein when what are called viruses are simply cell debris. SARS-CoV- 2 does not exist and neither does "Covid." People who think they have covid are neurotics and hypochondriacs who have a psychosomatic illness. Covid is all in their heads. Covid is convid.

I won't be taking anything to dgrade a spike protein that doesn't exist.

Expand full comment

What do you think killed so many elederly people and some younger ones also? This is an honest question for you

Expand full comment

The non-existent virus has a > 99% survival rate. Convid is a mild respiratory illness cased by fearporn and poor lifestyle choices. They were mostly older than their life expectancy when they died so they were going to die anyway. Not being exposed earlier to the non-existent virus to get natural immunity from it killed them. This explains the younger ones supposedly dying too. Plus, the figures were cooked. Not many really died. The tv film footage was faked. But you don't have to believe me. This is stuff I've learnt from this stack and from the other commenters here. I'm not going to tell you what to do if you see someone coughing and hacking and "appearing to " be really sick and they tell you to stay away because a PCR or a rapid antigen test showed they were positive for convid. But, from what I understand from this stack, and other commenters here, you can safely go up to them and give them a kiss and a hug, even if you're 80. You don't need to take any precautions at all. If you catch the non-existent virus, you'll be safe. Nothing bad will happen. You don't need to keep away from your loved ones for a few days. That would be unreasonable. They'll be safe, you'll be safe. It's ok, even if you're all 90. In fact, it'll be good. You'll get natural immunity. However, I'm not an authority. Don't take what I've said as a recommendation. Consider other sources of information too, including from your physician. What I've said are simply the views that I've seen expressed on this stack and by commenters here.

Expand full comment

I never kept away from my loved ones even if very sick. I was just asking out of curiosity thinking that you don't believe viruses exist. I like your explanation. Thanks.

Expand full comment

If you want to know what I really think, I'll tell you. SARS-CoV-2 is real.

A small % of a very large number is still a large number.

The prodrome of the ancestral and other strains was more lethal than the prodrome of the Omicron strain. SARS-CoV-2 has been in circulation for little more than 3 years and all we've seen so far is its prodrome.

It's an oncogenic and immunocompromising virus with a long latency between initial infection and the appearance of full blown AIDS.

Elements of the virus including the Spike protein have been detected lingering in the body long term. However, there is also reason to believe that the virus itself hides in the body and it attacks every organ in the body.

Some may shed the virus but most don't.

The damage from the virus is cumulative and becomes greater with every repeat infection. The prodrome alone from the early strains killed a lot of elderley and people with diagnosed and undiagnosed comorbidities.

The lack of access to early treatment and poor public health measures including isolating them from their loved ones compounded the problem.

The survival rate for the prodrome is far lower than 99% in vulnerable groups including the elderley.

The prodrome is the least of our concerns. The worst is still to come.

Try to avoid repeat infections and keep up with all your cancer screenings.

Expand full comment

Now I know what you really think. What is the worst yet to come? All the cancers? In all ages, I suppose because they managed to turn off the gene that creates the cancer fighting cells. This is why we are seeing so many people with very aggressive cancers.

"I believe you are right and that's what I thought all along. I had the Delta, at least I think it was the Delta variant and it was very mild. I did not take a test, I just assumed it was Sars Cov-2 because I could't smell for a couple of weeks. I used to be a runner and one day I felt an electric current through my right leg. After a few months, I started with knee pain and limping. It's been 3 years and I still can't walk properly after seeing 3 physicians and 3 physical therapists. Now my hip has severe arthritis. Finally I'm seeing a physical therapist that seems to be helping. I have sent messages to Dr. Kory and Dr. McCullough but got no responses. I believe I will start the Nattokinase and maybe that will help. As a health coach, I know to take a whole bunch of powerful supplements, known and unknown. Do you have any idea of the doses for Natto or Lumbrokinasse that can help to detox from the spike?" - Roxanne

I feel for you Roxanne. You poor thing! You have been having a really tough time!

Be aware of any neurological Sx and if you have any, ask your doctor to request a scan of your brain.

Covid smell loss is linked to brain damage. Know that you're not alone. Tackle any potential problems early.

Keep up with your medical checks including cancer screenings. Consult Walter M Chesnut, WMC Research Substack. We're flying blind here but his stuff on post acute sequelae of covid is good. Consider the antidepressant escitalopram. It may repair endothelial damage caused by the Spike and mitigate the brain damage.

Also, this may sound weird and go against your values, but research medicinal cannabis. It may slow the dementia onset and progression that having had covid may trigger plus be helpful with cell death. It contains extremely powerful antioxidants.

Re: Nattokinase, Truth Wns made some food suggestiins which I reproduce below:
