Nothing else. In a little over a month her cancer was gone. My wife never told me this story for 11 years. A month ago her sister gave a Japanese sweet potatoes and now I want to eat it every day. Also it can be grown in Canada in bags or boxes, protect when cold, will grow lot of them this year. This gives ideas, in tough times, war or something, one can grow lots of foods , even in Canadas cold climate and organic. I believe one could even survive on home grown foods, with a little education and experience. Future doctors should teach real prevention by right foods. Man is the only creature using heat to prepare foods, raw is important for enzymes for digestion, not to have a belly. Even organic meat is too much for the intestine to process. For about 30 years the only food for me in the morning is blending fruits , nuts, few figs , dates, banana thinned with distilled water , and sipping that slowly while on the computer. No other foods or drink with that, that can be upsetting, to the system. I can last on this most of the day, or even all day if busy, the nuts are the protein. in the evening I eat whatever I feel for. I do hard work sometimes, the same energy as 55 years ago as a teen, still will run as fast as my 10 year old, so perhaps I do something right. Any cooked foods are with distilled water. My other 2 children , U.S citizens grew up 100% vegetarian , the youngest partially
