Used these guidelines in my family as several came down with one or the other of the trifecta of probable viruses. My husband and I doubled down on the nutraceuticals and use PI nose spray. We never got sick. If you don't want to mix your own you can purchase Epothex Povidone Iodine Nasal spray 0.6% on Amazon for $19. Gargling with the recommended mouthwashes also important. Especially after the PI nose spray to rinse that out. There is also a a hydrogen peroxide nasal spray -"Nasal plumber" cold and flu defense on Amazon for those who are allergic to iodine.

After much digging, I have generated what I believe is a reasonable first approximation that is a close fit to the various suggested regimes and matches quite closely to the table here.

These are for daily dosing that I believe to be superior for immune function as the half life of the Vitamin-D3 is so short and this primary form is of importance for supporting the endothelium and for paracrine and autocrine signalling in endothelial and immune cells.

The default Dose(ug) = Weight(kg) * BMI / 8

The default Dose(IU) = Weight(kg) * BMI * 5

The default Dose(IU) ≈ Weight(lb) * BMI * 9 / 4

The default Dose(ug) = Weight(kg)2 / Height(m)2 / 8

The default Dose(IU) ≈ Weight(lb)2 / Height(in)2 * 1600

I have generated a chart at the link below that people are free to do with as they wish. I will link to the FLCCC table as well.

Using iodine as a prophylactic and treatment: IoNovo Iodine Oral Spray meant to be ingested as a micronutrient, but will do everything iodine does best. Used as a daily micronutrient, IoNovo Iodine will feed the thyroid with the fuel it requires to enable t3 t4 hormone production. Iodine will kill bacteria and deactivate a virus before converting to iodide, the only fuel the thyroid uses to create t3 t4 hormones. Used as a prophylactic, iodine will reduce the viral load on the immune system as well as leaving the RNA intact material to enable antibody production.

Please note: Povidone iodine are topical disinfectant products like Betadine, have plastics and other harmful chemicals and is not meant to be ingested. All of the products that contain PI state: not to be swallowed, but as soon as they enter the mouth, they will enter the bloodstream. Also, not for children and use is limited to 7 days in most cases. Surprising that the FDA allows these products.

Where can we get some povidone-iodine spray or mouth wash?

Betadine makes a sore throat gargle I’ve found at CVS or Walgreens- cheaper than it was on Amazon. They also make a sore throat spray. Last time I traveled I just put some of the gargle in a spray bottle I had.

What are you using for a search engine? Freespoke is a free speech search engine that I like, download the app on apple devices, don’t know whether or not if it’s available on Android devices. You can google Freespoke and search through their website. Go to FLCCC’s website and look at their protocol page and you’ll find it there.

Where's the best, least expensive (like it used to be aka pennies on the dollar), and most trustworthy place to get some Ivermectin? Anybody, anybody? Please list. Thanks : ) xx oo. Add Hydroxychloroquine aka HCQ (same situation pennies on the dollar before plandemic situation) source too please. PS I'm thinking Direct Source Links to reputable acquisition, not thru some complicated telehealth, make an account, give us all your health info, etc. etc. you know, Like from India or Mexico or Tennessee.

I purchased compounded ivermectin from the http://gomedicinecounter.com in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Ph: 423-680-7373

Price is based on weight. It cost half of what I paid to purchase via prescription at a local pharmacy last year. Insurance will not cover for off label use. So I’m glad to be able to get it in Tennessee. The shipping cost was minimal.

I had a phone appointment with drpierrekory.com to get prescriptions. Appointment cost 250 and was prescribed those and one other med flccc.net recommends. Was referred to their preferred compounding pharmacy and I think iver was 2.00 per pill. Early in pandemic I found a doc who prescribed but their preferred compounding pharmacy charged $7 per capsule! I read all the time about people ordering from India but have no clue about that.

I had the ivermectin delivered 2 day shipping, 2 prescriptions and it was still less than 1 Rx at my local pharmacy. I didn’t need it this time as the PI nasal spray did the job. Great stuff.

Alldaychemist.com. I’ve used this site a few times since I kept giving away my Ivermectin. Also got hydroxychloroquin on this site, but haven’t taken it yet. Ivermectin is just part if the recommended protocol. I recommend following flccc protocols or I-mask protocols. I’ve taken the Ivermectin protocols twice with success. Good luck.

I’ve used alldaychemist.com for my Ivermectin and hydroxychloroqin. I’ve taken Ivermectin twice, but haven’t taken hydroxychloroquin... just have it for just in case. I’ve failed twice at making my own nasal spray, so I purchase the epothex on Amazon and I love that one! I also use the flccc recommended mouthwash to gargle with. Hope this helps.

The document that Dr. Alexander posted the screenshots from doesn't appear to be on the FLCCC site. Perhaps he got an advance copy. I'm very familiar with the site and the protocols, as I used them when I had covid myself this past summer. The information is on the site in the covid protocol, and then an article about flu and RSV. Just can't find this exact PDF.
