Congress deemed these protections necessary years ago in order to “ensure that potentially life-saving countermeasures will be efficiently developed, deployed, and administered,” nstead of filing a lawsuit, people injured by a COVID vaccine can seek government compensation through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, or CICP. Wenger says he filed his claim in October 2021. A year and a half later, he’s still waiting to hear back about whether he’s eligible.
Wenger isn’t alone in the waiting process. His claim is one of more than 8,000 others alleging injury or death from the COVID-19 vaccine. Zero such claims have been compensated as of March 1. Twenty-one have been determined eligible for compensation, but not paid. Three hundred have been denied as of March 29.
Wenger says he believes his claim should be an “absolute slam dunk approval,” based on the government’s own data. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says it is monitoring post-vaccination reports of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), a neurological disorder that sometimes causes paralysis and experts believe is related to CIDP. One recent analysis of government data published in the Journal of the American Medical Association identified 295 reports of GBS following COVID vaccination and concluded the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was associated with an increased risk of GBS. this was news today on KOMO
We have a mid-30s friend whose significant other has been hospitalized for the past several months with a diagnosis of GBS. Her condition has sadly only deteriorated, no meaningful response to the various treatment protocols (typically utilized with varying degrees of efficacy but at least some improvement or halt to further decline usually seen). The medical professionals have no explanation for what may have led to her condition as well as continuing decline, shocking I know... The CIDP referenced in your comment above is precisely what I have suspected may be going on here, and yes, she did receive J&J :( :o

This is so frustrating for me, I have been saying this for close to a year. Why is it that people are just catching onto this now? I think it’s because doctors were taught to think from a book and data instead of common sense. They were so shocked that the government could do this to us, and why is that? I guess the mini years of school and indoctrination
Not data, just the book. Very few doctors, except the ones worrying on Substack, have looked at any of the data. If they had (and they had integrity), they would not have pushed this poison.
I should have been more specific. Nothing against these AMAZING doctors like Alexander and McCullough and Mikovits and Thorpe and Bridle and and and ...... but I wanted to scream into the phone to say “it’s planned, look into that” and “people aren’t dying of COVID”. I mean how long did it take to get these doctors to even consider mal intent? Im not being disrespectful, just saying we have to be way more seasoned always explore the possibility of pure evil, early on.
I think it was advantageous to be raised by a mother that thinks the worst. One good thing I guess. I have friends who say “ the government would never do that to us”. That’s not just being kind, that’s naive. We need to be much much more aware and skeptical in the future for sure. I mean It’s not like they haven’t done things before. This is good because it opened alot of eyes with regards to being more prudent

To my knowledge, the CICP has not paid out one dime or maybe only one claim thus far. It's a complete joke.
