I planned to buy supplements like Nac etc, but unexpectedly got fired from my job, so I could not afford to spend money. I dry pomegranate, mango, lemon, orange peels, cut some pine branches and dried them for the needles, together with fennel seeds, cinnamon, curcuma, star anise, then herbs like thyme, rosemary, oregano, and make a tea of it, together with green and black tea

That's wonderful. Just a note: Pine needles can be used fresh. We've boiled water and just cut about a tablespoon of fresh pine needles and let them sit in the steep for 10 - 15 minutes. It's actually quite nice (very mild not like a 2x4 as mentioned in the video I linked below). For those of you who aren't familiar with pine needle tea. It's very high in vitamin C which is extremely beneficial to the body for many reason including being an anti-viral. It also is important to have when stressed because the body loses a lot of important nutrients when stressed one being vitamin C. Also, pine needles are very affective against spike proteins due to the shikimic acid. https://deeprootsathome.com/foods-superherbs-high-in-shikimic-acid/ (This website has a lot of great info on supplements.) Be aware that it's the white pine trees with 5 needles per tiny stem. Here's a general video that explains it a bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-b1ShV2Kzg One other very important thing about pine needle tea, pregnant women should not drink it because it can cause abortions.
Intermittent fasting is also great and free. Just be aware that women and men have different results from fasting due to estrogen and testosterone so one might want to look up intermittent fasting for women to see what works best. Dr. Henry Ealy has prescribed a 3 day water fast (plus supplements) for those who have gotten the shots and have adverser events. However, I would suggest working with a practitioner who completely understands how to do it safely because everyone is different and it can be dangerous for some based on their health issues.
I think this will be our future, we will need to do with all that we will be able to find in the nature.
I really felt the need to go to a doctor and ask a prescription for antibiotics, and my teeth hurt too. I didnтАЩt have health insurance so I would need to cover all the cost by myself. I just wanted to test my limits, it took a long time to get back to health, but it was possible.
For tooth pain is effective cloves and curcuma. Though I am still sensitive to iced drinks.
Look into probiotics for the teeth specifically. We got them for our dog and I was just doing more research on it for a friend who's had sensitive teeth that would break. It helps to remineralize the teeth. Vitamin C is also very helpful for the teeth.
I do admire you for taking control of your healthcare my educating yourself and using natural methods. I have always tried to go the natural route as much as possible, and it was especially important when I was also without health insurance for 7 years.
I knew about clove for tooth pain but not curcuma. Thanks for the tip! I believe colloidal silver can be helpful for infections, but nano silver even more so.

ItтАЩs a friend of mine who recommended curcuma powder to me for the whitening of teeth.
I was thinking it would make them yellow but it didnтАЩt. I had good sensation afterwards and now I use it once in a while
I think I may try it!
BTW, auto correct in my previous post changed "nano silver" to "no one silver"... I just corrected the auto-"correct"!
