Our legal system is out of control. It is broken. We have nonsensical rules, regulations, ‘agreements’ that no one reads, because our legal system has been hijacked by charlatans. It is tragically sad.
What is going on is that the notion of writing things down that we can or cannot do makes absolutely no sense at all. We are three dimensional beings, probably even more, but we go by two dimensional paperwork. It's just ridiculous. And one day (and I hope it's soon) the very idea will be laughed at that we ever fell for it. Yet everyone things chaos would reign, but no it wouldn't because we would live by order through principles and ethics, not by silly things very bad people write down on two dimensional pieces of paper.

With Israel's Red Sea false flag operation in full swing, the trip to Cape Town out of the Med and round the bulge of Africa will be much longer, but I offer a 5* barbecue on arrival, local temptresses at affordable USD prices, and a safe haven for five nights. As regards the local temptresses in Cape Town, there have been reports that they are regularly beaten and raped by South African police. Rape in South Africa is at levels similar to Sweden. However, contrast the rapes in South Afica and Sweden with the situation in Germany which has many, many muslim immigrants but far fewer rapes than in South Africa. The difference of course is that Sweden and South Africa, and to a lesser extent the US (which is in the top 15 countries for % of rapists) have similar prostitution laws whereas Germany 's laws led The Economist to once dub Germany "a giant teutonic brothel."
In SA there's a lot of what is called "gender based violence" - in simple terms: women pummeling by men.
This is borne out of a patriarchal black culture and an inherited apartheid white Afrikaner "die vrou bly innie kombuis" (the bitch stays in the kitchen). So you have a double whammy.
You also have a police force that's out of control on the uselessness scale. Most criminal arrests never lead to convictions on account of an overwhelmed, understaffed, and hopelessly unskilled police service, as well as zero investigative technique.
This is an environment ripe for the abuse of young women.
However most rapes and abuse in poor communities are from family members and close relatives.
You also have a black superclass now linked to government grift that's pretty much immune to prosecution. These younger women throw themselves at these blokes, and they're more than happy to be "side-chicks" just as long at they get cash, holidays, restaurant meals, designer clothing, etc. So that's a buy-and-sell consensual meat market. You see this dynamic in Brazil too with young women from the favelas.
Interestingly enough, prostitution is not illegal, but sole operators are never arrested because it's not a sustainable verdict given the dire economic situation and the constitutional right to engage in private economic activity.
The problem is trafficking of women, but this is also a misnomer because there're lots of Ukrainian women working in high-end revue bars pulling tricks and looking to fleece wealthy married men for blackmail money.
This is an international phenomenon.
