Big tobacco is why I smelled a rat on this. I managed tobacco prevention for young people grants, many years ago. Before they let us start implementing, we had to do extensive training on big tobacco marketing tactics, history of malfeasance, etc. It was incredibly eye opening as to just how immoral and well connected the companies were. This reeks in the same way. I had also, in the early 90’s worked on hiv/aids prevention grants targeting high risk populations. As such I bumped into the Fauci azt debacle, and how harassed good docs, just trying to help by prescribing Bactrim for their patients, were treated under his watch. Fast forward a bit to my opioid overdose and prevention grants. I thank Janet Woodcock at the fda for those. The wonderful acting Commissioner of the fda who “approved” the vaxes. She allowed Purdue pharma to put “low risk of addiction” on OxyContin and refused to change it for six years. I feel like I have spent 30+ years of my professional life cleaning up the disasters after people like this.

I smelled a rat when before ONE STUDY was done they were recommending it to pregnant women as safe and effective. I was a prenatal genetic counselor for almost 20 years at a maternal fetal medicine unit. Several times a week I would have to research and use Reprotox to find studies about various exposures pregnant women had and almost NEVER did the words SAFE come out of those studies without extensive studies that had been done for years. When I started seeing this - I paid to join Reprotox again for a month and called after I couldn't find one thing on the website about a study about Covid-19 vaccine. They called back and said there wasn't anything. That's when I KNEW.... no way in hell could someone say it was SAFE for pregnant women and we were going to be up against a serious struggle with this. At the very least risk/benefit discussions need to be had and risks need to be known for informed consent. For the last 14 years I have been the person who writes the IRB applications for human genetics research at our institution. I also write the consent forms and patient education material. We cannot offer more than a $25 gift card to the participants for spending hours enrolling in our studies so that we aren't coercing them. THEN I saw all the coercion starting and it just added fuel to my fire. I don't even have words for what this has been.

Since it really has been a clinical trial administering these covid shots to pregnant women, aren't the fathers supposed to sign off giving their consent for their unborn child to be in a clinical trial? The women may have signed something to get the covid shot (although no one truly has been given informed consent). I'm just wondering. There have been a lot of miscarriages, stillborns. Maybe the fathers could sue the medical practices, pharmaceutical companies, etc. because it's been a clinical trial and their consent wasn't obtained.
