On December 9, 1946, an American military tribunal opened criminal proceedings against 23 leading German physicians and administrators for their willing participation in war crimes and crimes against humanity.

After almost 140 days of proceedings, including the testimony of 85 witnesses and the submission of almost 1,500 documents, the American judges pronounced their verdict on August 20, 1947. Sixteen of the doctors were found guilty. Seven were sentenced to death. They were executed𓍯 on June 2, 1948.

Yes, and it was those same AMERICAN jurists and military investigators that gave the world the Nuremberg Code with the aim to end crimes against humanity once and for all; that was a legacy and hope that was soon abandoned by the nations of the world as we have allowed a continuation of the same evil forces which believe we are all expendable and only fit to be controlled under tyrannical rule; the Nuremberg Code has not been officially adopted in its entirety as law by any nation or as ethics by any major medical association (Costa Rica may be the single know exception!) We not only fail to learn from history but we distort, ignore and lie about the truths and lessons which should have made us better human beings.

Will these concerns expressed by Malone about "new terms, this newly implemented arbitrary, capricious and overreaching requirement will provide Stripe with complete records of all financial transactions associated with this account. Consequently, this will provide Stripe with comprehensive information on all of my customers, patients and clients, all of my travel (historic and planned), all of my purchases, and any donations (and donor information). This information from my account and those of any others who comply with this demand can be hacked or sold, provided to the US Government,…" affect Substack subscribers and commenters in any way?

It doesn't matter if a person has nothing to hide or not, intrusions into people's finances not related to Substack or Stripe is overreach and should not be tolerated. If I understood the issue correctly, (is it Stripe, Substack or both?) I will happily jump to another platform If you all feel Substack is no longer giving you a fair shake. I now have zero tolerance for large entities that try to bully or manipulate their clients or the public.
