Good question, I’m not exactly sure, there seems to be a hierarchy, we are at the bottom, government next, then wef, Un etc, bilderbergs, then club of time etc, comittee of 300, I believe there are things above them but not really too sure at the moment, one thing you can be sure of, anyone you see on tv are controlled 100%
Each country could have made its own decision on how to treat covid. Nobody had to listen to the US.
