with Increased Translational Capacity and Biological Stability'; found that mRNAs containing pseudouridines have a higher translational capacity than unmodified mRNAs
Those guys did not invent squat. They just used 40 year old cell transfection reagents in an off-label manner to infect cells in vivo with a viral gene.
And all this talk about “mRNA technology” is like calling a knife through the ribs “induced pulmonary ventilation.”
One group comes up with the phrase “mRNA technology” to make it sound and new and high-tech, ie, something other than what it is.
Another group comes up with the phrase “mRNA gene therapy” to make it sound high-tech and scary, ie, something other than what it is that would take too long for them to explain, if they were capable of that.
In vivo cell transfection with viral genes is not doing anything at the cellular level that hundreds of thousands of molecular/cell biologists haven’t been doing in vitro for a generation in basic research. But even they weren’t stupid enough to transfect cells in a live human being with viral genes.
Why?
Because even they knew the immunological consequences would be catastrophic.
How?
Imagine the virus that causes a wart. Now imagine the genes for that virus being introduced directly into cells throughout the body in multiple organ systems. Probable outcome based on just basic knowledge? Probably really good or probably really bad?
In vivo cell transfection to introduce viral genes is not doing anything at the cellular level that viruses haven’t been doing since before the human race ever existed. Viruses do it without thinking.
But Pfizer (and their later colluding copycats to snag the remaining easily-commercialized cell transfection reagents) did it intentionally.
Pfizer knew that the built-in sensors in the product compromised cells that detect the presence of viral mRNA and viral protein would trigger the innate immune system to launch innate immune inflammatory attacks to kill all those cells. And that is how the viral spike protein would be cleaned up by the innate immune system and carried by antigen presenter cells to the adaptive immune system to design specific antibodies and T cells.
And then those assholes said, “See that makes our product a vaccine.”
Gee, when you get bit by a rabid dog, your innate immune and adaptive immune systems go right to work and antibodies and T cells are produced.
Does that make the rabies virus into a vaccine.
You’ll have honest to goodness specific antibodies and killer T cells designed to attack the rabies virus. But if you don’t get immediate help and large doses of externally supplied antibodies you are still going to die because what you make on your own won’t be enough to save you. And once you start showing signs of a clinical infection, not even that will work.
Think of it, Pfizer claims that C19 viruses dumping their viral genes and making viral proteins in your ACE2-expressing cells in your respiratory tract, provoking innate immune inflammatory attacks, will kill you.
And then they use indiscriminate cell transfection reagents to dump C19 viral genes into cells throughout your body to make viral proteins, causing those cells to provoke innate immune inflammatory attacks in exactly the same way and for exactly the same reason as the native virus, just all over the place, and then Pfizer claims it’s a vaccine that will save you from a virus later on doing to you what they’re doing to you.
All this was known from the very beginning. It’s just basic biology, virology, and immunology 101 stuff.
But they did it anyway.
And almost all the critics talk about everything BUT the primary mechanism of action.

I agree it was reckless to do what those people did with mRNA BUT there are so many other poisons in the jabs like nano technology and graphene oxide, so I believe everyone involved with these bioweapon shots should be dragged into court, found guilty and then hanged for their crimes, nothing less will suffice.
Way back in the early 90s I saw a program with a scientist that delivered a message to us. The message and warning was Nano technology is dangerous to humanity. I do not remember his name but I did notice the warning tone in his voice.
Why are you suddenly not including Robert Malone in this post??? For months you made many defamatory statements against Malone? Now you have a "secret meeting" in order to reconcile. You created a post making it sound like Dr Peter Breggin was aware of this. Dr Breggin and his wife Ginger had to post the truth that they were not involved at all!
Sorry, are you looking for the NCI hearing about the Covid mRNA vaccine and how many times it was changed before its release and Dr. Malone was not part of those changes at all?
