Now that the contents of Hunter's laptop have been certified as his and have been used as evidence to prosecute him for gun-related and, along with bank documents, for tax evasion crimes, it seems the precedent has been set to prosecute him for all the other crimes documented on the same laptop. We need an honest, willing prosecutor to do that, following the evidence to also prosecute Joe Biden, his brother James, and all the other members of the Biden crime family who benefited financially from Joe's and Hunter's influence peddling schemes.
(I am curious to know whether Biden or Trump can preemptively pardon their children for crimes they have not been indicted for.)
I think a POTUS pardon is so broad and potent, must always only be used properly, but founding gave them that power...I do think a POTUS can pardon for crimes linked to existing issues...that could emerge in the future...I am not a legal expert so trying to game it out in my mind...but I think so...Biden can use it now and Trump will need use it in future. its so massive...its like declassification and classification...I think at some point it must be tightened up but maybe the founding wanted it so...a POTUS can say they declassified something just be thinking about it or whatever...its open for massive abuse etc. again, maybe founding wanted it so to protect the Presidency or POTUS? someone does not need sign something saying I just declassified something...its thats weird yet potent and fraught for abuse but only as POTUS, not as V POTUS...again, I am trying to understand.
