The USA did not help Israel acquire nuclear weapons until after JFK was dead. I've read that David Ben-Gurion resigned because of his hatred of JFK's attempts to stop Israel from acquiring a nuclear weapon.

First of all I am having trouble with SUBSTACK. Every time I need to reply to a comment I have to resign in. It doesn’t matter if I am a paid subscriber or not. I have tried to contact support but they won’t accept any url for any SUBSTACK that I put in.
Second, I am worn out from all this. All my life & I have lived all over this country, I have been subjected to being called every horrible name you can think of. I have been chased home from school as has my son for wearing a Star of David. The anti Semitism has been here & in full force. We marched with the Black community during the Civil Rights Movement and Two Jewish boys were killed and what did we get. Hate from the black community. Jews are some of the most philanthropic people in the world and get no recognition for it. It’s not going to change. The Jewish holy books are mistranslated to say terrible things and believed. Let’s narrow things down by acknowledging that the term *jews* is being applied in a very broad way, when in fact we have to distinquish between orthodox and Zionist jews. The state of Israel is a Zionist state and only a small percentage of orthodox jews live there. With other words zionists are not jews at all because they don’t have a jewish background to begin with and should be labeled as fake jews in the real world. These are the culprits in our societies.
