The other 4 entities were unincorporated and in effect until the start of the Mercenary conflict otherwise known as the Civil War that dissolved the 3 and 4th entities, and at the conclusion they substituted themselves for the American Government, and as we know the gangster bankers in the City of London control the crown and are the bankers for the Vatican City State, along with DC countries within countries with their own rules.
