it is very frightening and devastating that a govn & its technocrats can move to silence scientists this way, beyond just smearing and slander via their lap dogs media but by arrest; this is Canada?
This is astonishing. We are now living in a totalitarian police state. This is not Canada anymore. Arresting and punishing people for dissent is so beyond the pale, it cannot be even thought anymore that we are living in a free and democratic society. Canada has fallen.

Admission of guilt and failure. Get the group together.. Malone, Mccullough... all of them and issue a statement condemining the actions of the canadian gov... condemining their handling of the whole pandemic and detailing the failures and falure to take accountability... All that has to happen is for officials to offer apologies and express contrition and remorse. The normal human action to take when one is wrong is to admit and ask for understanding and forgiveness. Every single Canadian sitting in Parliament that is not fighting against the insane leader of our country should be removed from their position at once and investigated. I don't care which party they represent.
The board of physicians and surgeons should all be fired and held accountable for their actions.

I heard this yesterday from a paralegal and it makes sense. Do not invoke the Charter. The way it is worded, it puts onus on you to prove that what they are doing isn’t justified under article 1. I think many including me have been misunderstanding. Use the Canadian Bill of Rights only because it is absolutely clear on human rights and no exception. This bill from 1960 had Royal Assent and is in full effect. The government is using the Charter against us and doesn’t want you to invoke the Bill
