No, it isn't. The article you've linked, while listing prices for generic meds and care visits/with and w/o insurance, does not address the issue of getting the prescriptions in the first place.
How exactly do you go to your doc and demand a bunch of prescriptions for meds that YOU want, because you might need them in an emergency, but there's no DIAGNOSIS to base the Rx on? Explain to me how that's done. Explain to me how you convince your PCP to do it.
It's obviously more economical to source the meds internationally. Not everyone is willing to do that.
