After this big snow I had, I cleared small areas in my back yard so I could put out birdseed for the wild birds. I have never had so many cardinals come to eat. I also had many blue jays, doves, starlings and sparrows. They were here since early morning.
Sometime mid morning I saw a sparrow having trouble. It was in a hole in the snow struggling to get out. The problem was it had injured its neck and could not maneuver properly, couldn't hold its head up straight and had no balance. I brought it in to at least keep it warm. It tries to perch on my hand, but falls over. It is strong, but cannot fly because of its instability. It does try.
I have it in a box, and hold and pet it once in awhile to comfort it. I had no thought or concern about "bird flu". So if I succumb to a respiratory illness please do NOT tell the "authorities" about the bird.

What a fool. He thought he was the biggest "he bull" that ever lived as he surveyed the hundreds of rolls of toilet paper that he had bought in bulk packages having several rolls each. If he had possessed a brain he would have bought unperishable food goods. But maybe toilet paper doubles as a nutritious meal.
I still have “275 Rolls” leftover from Covid. Do you think they’re safe to use after all this time?
I was thinking of selling them for .99 cents a sheet. A little bit less than our governments special discounted rate of $2.99 / sheet. And that’s for one “Single-Ply” roll at GSA contracted pricing.
